replaced all my windows and doors including sliding glass doors I decided to give them 5 stars even though there are a couple of things they have done for me YET I hope because it's been since January 2026 that they still plan on doing it? Not 100% sure but from that point on Rachel was our point person Everything pretty much went through Rachel from that point on They sent a sales person that same night I was shocked because they are frim Boca Raton and I live in Kissimmee, but now in hindsight, I guess they have sales reps all over the state The sales man Phil I love him like I love Rachel Phil's knowledge of the product was off the chart. As of 6-5-2026 my roof that was supposed to be done by 6-6-2026 is on hold because Statewide failed to notify us that the inspector from Palm Beach county is not available until 6-8-2026. So, here we are left waiting another 5 days for completion. My husband has been communicating with'Jessica' who apparently knew but waited until we called her this morning to notify us. Interesting enough, when I thanked the hard working crew and said 'see you tomorrow ' they all said 'no'...they even knew the project was on hold. I called Statewide and was on hold for 20+ minutes before I very nice customer service representative ' Geri' was able to give me some answers. I am beyond disappointed...to me their advertising is not truthful...honest, reliable and over 500 so called good reviews with a 2 star rating i just saw...I certainly hope this is in no way a sign of what's to come...ALL the roofing companies out here and I am feeling like this was a really bad choice...and of course Statewide is placing the blame on the inspector...I will 100% leave another review when my roof is completed...whenever that is...anyone else have a similar experience??? I have been Texting and calling Joel Almeyda/Product Specialist (786-516-8195) since August 5, 2025, without luck. The crew member of your team was at my home on Friday 5, 2025 explaining to me that the windows that they installed in my home were incorrect ones and talked with Mrs. Sashana Vassell over the cellphone explained to her about the Incorrect windows. I know that Mrs. Sashana Vassell told me that she sends an email internally through Statewide Window & Doors explaining to me my concern about the windows being sold to me. And only answer I received from the general manager Andrew Goldsmith was: See your Contract "it is what it is in the Contract." He did not call me or give me any explanation, only he cares about the money that his company can get from customers. After 3 months the Windows's are not look Tinted Gray and the seller told me that from the outside can no see anything to inside. The quality of the windows and sliding glass doors are cheap, the windows leak air and definitely don't lower the sound from outside. Condensation accumulates on the inside of the glass. The workmanship is terrible. The workers have no self respect whatsoever. Leaving the job without cleaning up after themselves. Tire tracks from trailer on driveway still there today. read more

0 STAR-but not offered: Horrible/Sloppy install and Customer Service after I had all my windows and sliders replaced on 6/6/25. My house was a complete mess, chipped my floor, paint on walls, wallpaper etc. Chunks of concrete everywhere and took the broom from my front porch, Windows were left filthy inside and out, sticky after stickers off, over kill on caulking everywhere on sills, on windows etc. The crew they sent to me did not speak English, they had kids on ladders instructing them how to caulk on outside. Beside this horror the garage window does not stay open, they came back on 8/22/25 with a new spring, less then a few weeks later it is worse, falls down 50% after opening it. Despite numberous emails to them and a girl Sashana saying each time i will get back to you tomorrow, tomorrow never comes, In addition despite all alarm connections ,moved out of their way prior to install they cut one of the wires and I had to get a wireless connectin installed for $50, the refuse to pay or acknowledge it,. I would give Statewide a negative rating if the system would let me. I purchased 13 replacement windows for our condo. We chose ES Windows, which is an excellent product. Unfortunately, Statewide ordered the windows incorrectly. Instead of reordering the windows, Aaron Barnes, the owner of Statewide, claimed Statewide could perform a rework allegedly recommended by ES, and the windows would be corrected like new with no defects. The rework left the glass panes of the windows severely scratched. The owner, Aaron Barnes, has not responded to my multiple concerns regarding the issue. In fact, he has not even bothered to visit our home and see the condition of the windows. I would highly recommend ES Windows, but would never recommend Statewide. Find another dealer who cares and is reputable. read more

If you're considering Statewide please read this review, I have had a pretty poor experience with this company that could happen to you. I wasn't going to write this review but my experience so far has lead me to no other choice. It's been a problem with this company throughout their entire process. Estimate: I received my initial estimate which was to high so I didn't move forward, I was then contacted by Steve Burke one of their sales people claiming he was their VP or someone in a higher position. He came out and I went over everything that I was looking for in the windows which was Low E and windows with a sash lock. We went back and forth on pricing several times, he almost wouldn't take no for an answer. He was able to reach a price I was comfortable moving forward with. I assumed I would get everything I asked for. After he left I looked at the estimate again the next day and noticed that it was all over the place, it had some windows as white, some as bronze. It also had some windows as low e and others as tinted gray, I had to call a couple of times to have the estimate corrected. He also upsold me on a door with a 3 point lock which I hate by the way and actually tried to back out of but was told this was the way to go. In hindsight I realize in all his efforts to adjust the estimate to make it cheaper my wants were lost in translation. Installation Day: When the installers came in and brought the windows I noticed they had the wrong locks. They had vent latches I tried calling them to go over the issue but they won't correct it because it's on the estimate, the problem was at the time I didn't know what a sash lock was or a vent latch. They offered to give me an estimate for the correct locks which I'm still waiting for until this day. The other issue that happened was the installers told me that they might brake some window sills but if they did that they would let me know so I could buy some to fix it. I was fine with this but the problem was they broke 4 of my window sills and didn't tell me anything about it. I called them to go over this issue and they agreed to send someone at a later date to fix the window sills. After Installation: After they sent someone to my home to finish the drywall, inside caulking, and to fix my window sills. They sent 1 person to work on 10 windows and 4 sliding glass doors including the sills, this man was in my house until about 9-10pm which everything I feel was rushed. They also replaced my front door handle because it didn't sit straight it drooped downwards an issue I'm still having. 3 Months Since Install: At the time of the review I still haven't received an estimate for the correct window locks that I assumed I was getting part of the windows I ordered. Since then my inside caulking on my sliders are all starting to crack which looks terrible. I'm still waiting for them to schedule to have someone come out and fix the caulking and issues with my door handle. This process has been non stop emails and calls. This is my 2nd time installing windows with 2 different companies, out of respect I won't mention other company but they were miles better than Statewide. I urge you to not fall for their fancy social media posts with houses looking amazing because it's all BS. Maybe that's the case with the multimillion dollar homes they work on but if you have an average home I would definitely look for windows elsewhere. read more

They say they are honest and hardworking, but high pressure sales guy talked me into 6 windows for $21,000 with a $10000 discount, so almost $12000. I made a $ 2000 deposit that they have yet to refund. I canceled within 3 days by email and certified mail. No response to emails (many have a no reply status) Even the sales guy email no longer works. I keep getting the runaround from the office that they will pass it on to this or that person or department. Many bad Yelp reviews about quality of work, high pressure sales too. You will never hear from your salesman (snakeoil, imo) again, you will not get a return call, you will wait for MONTHS for your project to start, for it to only drag on for more months trying to get everything completed. I truly did not want to write a second review, but this company has left me no other option. We hired Statewide for what should have been straightforward work, and months later it is still not finished. We have asked repeatedly for a clear timeline for the remaining items and have received no response. We even provided a firm deadline of December 1, and they still failed to follow through. They have now come out three separate times to fix the stucco around the new windows they installed, and it is still poorly done. Even the painter we hired said it was the worst stucco job he has ever seen. He told us he couldn't even use a paintbrush because the stucco texture was so uneven -- he had to use a special roller just to make the paint go on at all. To make matters more concerning, one of their subcontractors showed up and told us he had been "warned about us" before coming. When I asked what that meant, he said the company told him we had filed a BBB complaint (which is true) and that he needed to "be careful." This is incredibly unprofessional, and it shows how this company treats customers who simply want the work they paid for done correctly. On top of that, one of the newly installed window panes has a visible crack, and Statewide has not acknowledged it or offered to fix it. Despite all of this, we still owe them about 1400, and they offered only a $400 credit, which doesn't come close to covering the issues their work has caused. We've requested a timeline for finishing the remaining items -- the broken soffit, the interior wall texture repairs, and the cracked window -- and have received nothing. I filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) because homeowners need to be aware of what they are walking into. I honestly do not understand how this company has a rating above 4 stars on Google. It does not reflect the quality or professionalism we have experienced. I never wanted to post a review like this, especially as a person of faith, but I also believe in telling the truth to protect others. Terrible. Mistakes every step of the way that included several days taken off work for no reason. The issues below are several of the ones we experienced on a 6 window job. * issues with how the contract needed to be signed that were not disclosed, and as a result, delayed signing. * gross delay of the window installation- ordered 6 windows on 10/24/24 by way of signature of the contract and installation occurred May 14, 2025, close to 6 months later with no update till we contacted them. * when installing, they did not bring the correct window for one of the bedrooms, so we were delayed another over a month wait for the final window; * inspector was supposed to come and never did, and we did not receive notification until we inquired around 5:00 PM that day, despite Michelle telling us she would keep us posted; * inspector finally came on 8/20 and identified the need for an as-built letter and the wrong sketch, because of more mistakes on Statewide's part; * We have been told by the county that at the end of October, which is the end of the two-month period for the expired permit, we will be fined. Turn the other way. Seriously, don't even think about it. We are at risk of being fined by the county because of them. read more

Nov 22nd update for our ongoing drama with Statewide. Nov 8th they finally came out to fix the incorrect installation of our sliding doors and correctly install them Florida code. The installer told us he took pictures of all the installation steps to send to the inspector. The inspector shows up Monday morning Nov 10th, no photos had been sent he would have failed the work ( for the 4th time) if my husband hadn't told him he watched them do the work. Like we really know, we weren't standing over them the whole time. They did send me the photos days later for my files. Now, instead of getting the guys back out here to do the finish work( basicly ad trim, screens, clean the windows and remove the stickers) they only want final payment( wishing now I'd went ahead and did the financing, because they would be all over my job to complete to get the entire amount of money, sometimes it's not smart to pay cash). Spoke to Julian on Tuesday Nov 17th about our total situation. I did ask for a reduction of $1000, for all the stress, frustration and anxiety. I was told they had done enough by replacing the drywall which had to be removed to place the metal in so the doors could be installed properly. Was told they paid $2000 to repair the drywall. If I'd known that I would just said take the $2000 of my bill and I'll have it repaired for way less than that. Contractors really think customers are stupid, It wasn't $2000 worth of repairs. Well here we are Nov 22nd , 5 days away from Thanksgiving, 11 months into the project and still not finished. All they want is their final payment( which I'm happy to pay when the job is completed). In the meantime I have guest coming for Thanksgiving, my house can't be painted in time to look pretty( yes, it's important to me). I'll end up cleaning and removing g the stickers myself( but still have to pay them for doing their job). They could have been here to finish any days Nov 17th-20th, 22nd, been paid and finished with us. PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company!!! On October 29, 2024, I entered into a contract with Statewide Windows and Doors for the installation of 5 windows. On February 28, 2025, they pulled the permit for the window installation and finally installed on May 14th. On 8/20/2025, the inspection was conducted, and the county gave the disposition of "rejected work". They cited concealed work and the sketch they provided did not match the work because they changed an additional window from what appeared on the sketch. On 8/27/2025, the permit expired. The county requested an as built letter and new sketch to reflect the additional window. On 8/27/2025, after contacting Statewide Windows & Doors, I received an email from project manager Michelle Garza stating that, " the revision request has already been submitted, and we are currently waiting for the building department's review and approval. In addition, we've requested the as-built letter from the engineer. I will provide you with any update as soon as we have a timeframe for receiving the necessary documentation and can move forward with rescheduling the inspection". It's been over a month, nothing has moved forward in the process, and we are facing a fine from the county at the end of this month if not resolved. Ms. Garza is currently dodging our calls and has not provided any update. I filed a complaint with the fl dept of professional business regulation and better business bureau. I just had my windows installed.... like all on the Yelp ... DO A HARD PASS! It may or may not be Statewide, but 5 out of 6 are installed and the other was the wrong size. My permit and financing will be delayed .. Ok, but they wanted me to sign off on the job and give me a hold back check of $300.00 before the job was done. Shannon, rep wanted me to lie. We know those windows costs more than that, and I will also have to cover the window trim and labor out of my own pocket. It's nearly impossible to get progress updates or answers, and no one seems to take responsibility for delays or communication issues. Ordered windows and doors 6/4/24 for July 29 install. The sales rep falsified my information on a financial contract that was not needed. Windows were not installed until 10/23/2024. The installers never showed up the next day to clean and inspect the windows. Turns out every single window is faulty, which they knew when installing them, but continued anyway. Actual windows are nice. installers did very sloppy work leaving a lot broken glass outside, glass shards left in hurricane shutter tracks rendering them unusable, cracked window sills (owners responsibility), sloppy caulking around windows outside, cigarette butts thrown in yard. Project manager seemed understanding at first saying the "home should be left in same condition when they leave as when they started ". Buy American After 3+ months I was going to cancel our order but POOF the windows had just arrived and they were ready to install...HMMMMM Well as our house was in turmoil, we went ahead...... Mistake Product looked nice laying in Grass outside home I looked and went to work, When I arrived home the window above my front door was stained Water Damage (See Above) we tried everything nothing would remove it. Ordered almost $12,000 in windows, I was told they were in. My salesman told me he would contact me to revise my interest contract. I went on vacation waiting for the call, returned from vacation 10 days later, no call. I called and text him several times. He answered and said he'd take care of it the next morning, he didn't. He then text me for some inforamtion and I sent it to him and never heard from him again. I spoke to a manager and he told me he would get it done. Nothing, I am now in a new week (almost 3 weeks later), nobody has called me, although my windows are still at the shop I guess???? They took my downpayment, made the sale but no windows. Bad, poor business and customer service. I will be going somewhere else for my next set of windows for the remainder of my home. *** My update - I have now revised my stars to 1. My windows have been in since the beginning of September, but due to their imcompetency they cannot be installed until 9/24. This company just keeps getting worse by the day. *** Update #2*** Today the salesperson from Statewide showed up - on time as arranged to provide my estimate. I did like the salesperson Chase and felt he answered my questions. This is an expensive project so I must to be sure to get it right. The initial estimate is more than I had hoped, and am awaiting info for the contractor license so I can check out who would be doing the installation. Not sure yet if this company will be hired for the job because there is still some investigative work going on but they did show up finally after a bumpy start. What I did like was their representative Chase actually brought samples of the frame and glass. The others did not so that is a plus. As of today, they are still being considered to replace my windows. Stay tuned for the conclusion of this story once a decision has been made..... Made an appointment for estimates to replace windows and they didn't show up and then got a voicemail after the appointment time that they hadn't confirmed so they would re-schedule (Not true). So appointment was re-scheduled the following week and AGAIN, they cancelled at the last minute. Can't speak to the same person twice. Very disorganized outfit - the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and it's probably a blessing in disguise that they don't have any money from me yet because if this is how they do business, then I'm looking elsewhere. These bozos need to get their act together! **** Update, the managers have called to try to make things better and have rescheduled with promises there will be no surprises. I ordered windows and paid the deposit of $3700 back at beginning of October. They measured the windows, and according to the contract, the windows would then be ordered upon a second payment. They came out, measured the windows, and I signed for the permit. I hadn't heard anything else from this company until I reached out to them on January 15 to cancel my order. They are now insisting that I must pay for the complete order and have the windows installed or they will put a lien up on my house. I'm not sure where they got their license as a contractor or their integrity as an organization. But I would strongly urge you not to do business with this company. read more

Chico and Xavier came to replace a window and they were awesome! They were prompt, pleasant and efficient.

This company is a very unprofessional and shady! They false advertise! They do not own up to anything they say! They run your credit without your permission! First let me add that communication was poor from the very start. I explained to them exactly what I wanted verbally, via email, and it also states it on my contract, yet, they submitted something else to my HOA without my consent! I didn't find out about it until the day of the installation. My HOA threatened to fine me for the improper work they did in my home but statewide did not seem to care. Instead of addressing the situation they filed a lien on my property because I advised them that they had to fix the problem before I pay. They do not value their customers nor care to please their customers. They will promise an installation date and even put it in writing but you won't hear from them for months with a status. Their contractors are very messy, they left a hole in my ceiling and didn't even finish the job I hire them to do. I have been reaching out for months to try to get them to fix their mistake and they made no attempts to fix it while the HOA is on my back about the job. I am so disappointed in them! Please do yourself a favor and avoid them. They are very unprofessional! I rarely leave reviews but I wouldn't want anyone going through what I went through with this company! read more

i ordered impact doors and windows beginning of January 2023 for 2 properties, which was promised mid April, then end April, then May and date kept being pushed back. The company claimed that the order came i24 May, No One has called me even though I have called them numerous times. This is absolutely the worst decision I have ever made! Im contacting, Better Business to complain, but most importantly, a lawyer! read more
