I've been a patient of Dr. Jendry for over three years, and the very first time I met with him, he…read moresat down and gave me thirty minutes of frank, honest, one-on-one conversation. I came in with a litany of concerns and, one by one, he knocked them down with his practical experience and his insights. This man is a calming presence, a sharp intellect, and a marvelous bedside manner. Whereas my previous PCP had referred to me as "intense" and always kept a mobile, stainless-steel tray between his body and mine, hiding from my onslaught of questions and concerns, Dr. Jendry is absolutely the opposite. Warm, kind, and empathetic, he radiates comfort and support, relying on his decades of experience and education. Without hesitation, I can honestly state that Dr. Jendry is the best PCP I've ever had, and I walked out of his office feeling the weight of uncertainty and concern having completely evaporated. I'm in a good mood, with a bright future, because he took the time to LISTEN to me and make solid, medical suggestions. Thank you, Dr. Jendry.

Bronchitis, sinus infections, flus, requests for bloodwork or MRIS, kidney stones, and maintenance medications. Dr. jendry I find to be the compassionate and willing to do the most digging when it comes to complex medical problems. I have complex needs and he has been nothing short of providing me a quality of life again. Jenny, well she has zero bed side manner. This past week I went in with a severe cough that kept me up, and she sent me in my way saying it's really nothing and to ride it out. I ended up the in ER because I was wheezing, coughing up blood, and couldn't catch my breath. Acute bronchitis. Also, because I was self pay I had only asked since jendry wasn't in if they were okay writing a controlled script to save me another 90 dollar visit, and she insinuated I had 400 of this substance when I did not. I would avoid her appointments if possible. Eileen's husband is the best MA ever. Euler and all the front desk is amazing. I've never seen dr. Glossier but from what I've heard he's pretty outstanding too.

I can't believe nobody has reviewed this office yet! I have been going here since I was a child,…read moreand I am now in my 20s. Dr. Boyle was my primary physician during my whole childhood and adolescence, and I still see him on occasion. He is warm, caring, and still remembers me and asks about my family and what's going on in my life. I also see Stephanie, the PA in the office, and she is equally as great. I usually go to her for my well-woman exam, as well as for any basic little illnesses if Dr. Boyle isn't available. She always takes time to listen to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. She also makes sure to follow up with you, or have one of the nurses on staff follow up, as does Dr. Boyle. Dr. Hopp is the other physician at this location, but I have never seen her for any appointments, so I can't say anything about her level of care, except that I would hope and expect that it's on par with that of Dr. Boyle and Stephanie. Even though this is a busy practice with a lot of patients, they have still squeezed me in either that day or the following day when I've called with urgent need for an appointment, and the ladies at the front desk are usually very nice. A+, I love this place. I live in Englewood now, but I still drive over here because I feel so comfortable and well cared for.

We were looking for a practice that took an action (referral, lab request, prescription order) in a reasonable time frame. A clinic that communicated a need by calling when additional information was necessary or to keep us informed of our status in pursuing a resolution. Dr. K. Reitz is excellent, and is part of a medical team that support each other. We have had to obtain unscheduled medical appointments and have after hour consultations twice this past year. In a situation when Dr. Reitz was unavailable an MD team member responded. We are very happy with the medical care we receive and impressed by the personal touch and response by Dr. Boyle and staff.

*This is Dr. Patton's new location.*…read more Life can be a funny thing sometimes. As we grow older, the possibility may arise that we have to be the ones caring for the ones that cared for us. It is a tough task. It is an especially tough task when the parent that we must care for is located about 1500 Miles away. I was in need of a Primary Care Physician for my mother, and even with the Internet at my disposal, trying to find one in Colorado while I was in Oregon was a daunting task. After many disappointing leads, I finally called what was the last place that I had jotted down. Needless to say, I was not very optimistic when I called after striking out with so many previous attempts. Words can not begin to describe my relief when Sharon (who happens to be the office manager for Chatfield Family Health) answered the phone. She really saved the day. She was professional, caring, attentive, focused on the patient's needs over the details of how they were going to get paid, attentive to my needs being so far away, and efficient. Talk about giving me sound piece of mind!! After hearing my concerns, she advised me that Dr. Laurie Patton would be a perfect fit for my mother's medical care. She was absolutely correct. Dr. Patton is an amazing soul. Caring, professional, possessing a wonderful bed-side manner, efficient, proactive.....I could go on and on. My mother loves her and that is an amazing compliment in itself as she has had her share of mistrust with some docs. If the rest of the staff at Chatfield is half as excellent as Sharon & Dr. Patton, you would be in safe hands. It is atrocious what the western medical model has devolved into, but Chatfield Family Medical has restored my faith. They have been phenomenal in communicating with me and allowing me to manage my mother's medical care from a great distance. 5 Stars!!!!

I went to Columbine and made an appointment with Erik to start new care. When I told him my…read moreprevious provider was trained in Functional medicine, he told me this: "The difference between what we do and what Functional medicine does is that we only treat REAL diseases". So basically he man-splained that my health concerns were imagined and not real. Just another male healthcare provider who minimizes women's need for Healthcare. He was reluctant to refill my thyroid medication despite my levels being low- normal and having nearly every symptom of hypothyroidism. He would not fill my estrogen cream, despite the fact that it had been helping my insomnia, fatigue, and other symptoms of menopause. Erik clearly does not understand Functional medicine and he had no clue that my previous provider was also trained in western medicine, has a master's degree as a PA, specializing in internal medicine and more. She is a Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner, author, and professor. (Unfortunately, her office went concierge, so I can longer see her). It is so disappointing that Erik has chosen to deny me of my medicatios that I have been on for years and ignore how this will diminish my quality of life. Since running out of my bio-identical estrogen, I am not sleeping much and struggle to get through my day. I would not recommend Erik, especially if you are a female.
