We had hearty discussions about the offers, timing in the market to her assessment of the buyers and we were thrilled with her insight, foresight and expertise. In the end we settled with a buyer with a complicated closing due to them needing to sell another property first but she made it all happen, coordinating with the selling agent and keeping all of our expected closing dates on track.
