I even sent her pictures so she could know what I was looking for my sons special first photo shoot. But instead I got a dark barn wood I told her I did not want. I was surprised to see it when we arrived for the shoot. I hated it but I was afraid to tell her since she was already set up, I only had half an hour, my son was getting impatient and I felt very rushed. The photos turned out as we thought--odd. Our son smiled in all of them so we at least have that, but we were extremely disappointed. I had one simple request--a white background. I don't know why she would not use it if I requested it and she had it. She knew I did not want the dark barn wood. Theres $300 down the drain. But worse, we can't get this memory back.

My family and I have never done a family photo shoot and we were excited to at least get one photo for a canvas. We had no idea how to pose or what to do. Miguel was the perfect photographer, especially for people who are not experienced in getting their photo taken. We love all of the poses that he suggested. He was so funny and personable which helped capture some really organic smiles and happy moments. We also included our puppy in the photo shoot and he did such a great job capturing our dog and getting her attention as well. Needless to say we've gotten much more than one good photo that we set out for. I immediately contacted Nicole to schedule a 6 month photo shoot at her in-home studio. First - she's AMAZING working with the babies and was really able to capture my son's personality. Second - her in-home studio is beautiful and packed with props, costumes, etc. You literally just need to show up with your child - she will provide all the rest! Third - Nicole is super friendly and easy to work with. We loved her so much that we booked our family session (outside, in the fall) with her and she captured some amazing shots of the fall colors.
