Jane suggested we place the order to lock in the sale prices. She told me to call her direct once I'm approved for the arhaus card. She would then transfer the charge from my American Express to the arhaus card. Fast forward. I'm approved. Call Jane. She was able to refund my card and put the entire purchase on my new Arhaus card within minutes. I also changed my mind on a fabric and Jane...to the rescue. Online ordering is convenient but ordering through a sales associate (especially a really knowledgeable and helpful one like Jane) is highly recommended. You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.
