Anyway, they were able to get it delivered in early December which was fine. The quality for the price is terrible. Our kitchen table delaminated and lifted. The table base was separating from the wood. We had the table replaced 3 times. And when I call the store for help no one calls me back. Crappy customer service on top of it. My advice-stay away! Their stores have always offered great design and quality at an affordable price, and I've I've always had great customer service. The issue I am having with Crate and Barrel now is a glitchy transition to Imprint that handles their branded credit card. I first received a digital virtual card and then received the physical credit card. The problem I've been experiencing is syncing the account to access my rewards. I tried to place an online order in early January and saw that I had rewards dollars available but they never appeared on the checkout page. I was logged into both my C&B account and my Imprint account but all I saw was this message: Redeem Reward Dollars Not seeing expected Reward Dollars? Sign into the account associated with your Crate & Barrel Visa Signature® Card. I finally called customer service and I was on a phone call with an agent for close to an hour while he worked to help me. He had to escalate the call to another person who was finally able to resolve the problem. While I was able to redeem my rewards for that purchase, I now see the same thing happening. My Imprint account shows rewards dollars available but my Crate and Barrel account shows nothing. I've read several other negative reviews from customers having similar issues since Imprint took over their credit card. I want to remain a loyal and happy customer but it should not be this difficult to make a purchase.

Three of the chairs have come loose or collapsed because the hardware doesn't fit properly, clearly a manufacturing or design flaw. When I reached out to West Elm customer support, I was told they couldn't do anything because I was past their 60-day replacement window. That might make sense for a minor return, but not for furniture that's literally disintegrating within months of purchase. For a "premium" brand charging these prices, that response is completely unacceptable. I chose West Elm because I thought I was investing in quality craftsmanship and good customer service. Instead, I've been left with a defective dining set and no help whatsoever. I'll think twice before ever buying from West Elm again and I'd strongly suggest others do the same unless the company starts standing behind the products it sells.

Came back and the only couch that was gone was...that one! It wasn't meant to be, obviously, but I couldn't believe how fast that moved. Sofa is expensive even after many "discounts" All in all, happy it worked out for us and I do recommend if you're a patient person willing to invest in a sofa. I had to get the pool open the following day (today, Sunday), and no delivery would be here in time. I called this store and got Ray close to closing time. I had him find me a similar vacuum to what I had and he put it aside for me. I told him I would be there at 11am on the dot today to pick it up. Doors were open, staff was ready and I got my vacuum. How can I say this.... without going off on a swear filled tirade…read more... Purchased a custom hot tub cover. Measured the thing edge to edge. Then come to find out that they give the manufacturer a half inch buffer. Would have LOVED to know that detail. Or possibly have someone come out and measure it before I blew almost 1K. Ive sent pictures, only one corner is actually covered. After repeated calls and emails expressing my displeasure, they have ghosted me, took the cash and are obviously done with me. I have banned my family and future generations from going there. FYI - could have gotten a cover off Amazon for half the cost and guess what? If it didn't fit, they would've taken it back.
