I normally don't leave reviews, but I think this is a special one! I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with State Farm (specifically working with Eilatra). She was very knowledgable, promptly and throughly answered all my questions, and genuinely tried to get me the best possible rate. Through her my insurance premium quote dropped by over 50$!! I was initially going to go with GEICO, but both the customer care and insurance premiums were much better. Buying the actual insurance when I was at the dealership was also an extremely smooth and fast process! I just received the best service from Eilatra Youkhaneh at this State Farm Insurance office. I received a letter inviting me to get a quote but needed to wait just a couple of months before I made a decision. Eilatra followed-up and called me after those few months. I then put my 2 cars, motorcycle and homeowner's insurance under an "umbrella" policy. I got more homeowner's coverage for less than where I was before. She literally saved me $149 per month or $1788 per year. That is a huge savings! Thank you Eilatra. You were very professional and courteous.
