Horrible customer service! Our local insurance broker sold his business to Acrisure. Over 4 days have called and have told I was anywhere from 5th to 31st in line with the average wait time exceeding 200 minutes. I left my phone number for a call back 3 times and have heard back as yet. Clearly they have expanded and made acquisitions that are far beyond their ability to service their clients. I lost my insurance in CA as many insurance companies stopped serving clients in CA. My local agent found me California Fair Plan which takes 2-3 weeks to take the effect plus 2x of my previous insurance cost; and she told me that there is nothing else!
