Aaron and his staff never fail to return my calls in a timely manner, and they send me all paperwork in a timely manner. They make every effort to look out for my best interest and professionally remind me of something when it is advantageous for me. Aaron and all of his staff are the most patient people I've ever met. If I do not understand something, I will ask them three or four times over, and they are always as pleasant as when I asked them the first time. In addition, when they check something for me, and if I want to have it double checked again a couple of months later, they are always very friendly about it. They are also pleasant in casual social conversations. I go in every month to pay my premiums in person and we will casually compare movie notes or something. It is not all business. They are all really welcoming people. They devote a lot of time when one needs help. All of their assistance is comprehensive. Aaron has put together an amazing team; Leo, Sean, Beth, Victor....no matter who I talk to at the office they will ALWAYS take care of me...answering any number of questions or clarifying concerns. Any claims have been handled 100% to our satisfaction; where can you find that rate of success?! We have been with this office for over 30 years; long before Aaron took over. We had some concerns at first when 'our agent' retired and this younger fellow took over....but it took very little time for us to recognize how professional, capable, and friendly Aaron was! No office can run this well without awesome teamwork - I can trust them to meet my needs without overcharging, and to be there when I need them! We insure several cars, a truck, RV, motorbikes, home, and carry an umbrella policy as well as have them handle the CEA for us. I've been with State Farm since I could drive-which is well over 10 years ago- my parents said it was a must and I'm been very happy ever since. I have both car insurance and life insurance through State Farm and the BEST agent, Bridget Barbieri. When picking out plans for myself, Bridget was not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but she made what is normally an anxiety inducing experience, absolutely informative and painless!! What I value the most about Bridget is her kindness, humor and the fact that she is a REAL person trying to help me, not just sell me on things. Aaron and his staff (especially Beth Young) consistently go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I recently had an incident in a parking lot where the other driver lied about what happened to his insurance. It was difficult to explain what happened, and the other driver was directly contradicting my formal statement. It was my word against his, but Beth and Aaron didn't give up! Beth literally went into the parking lot with a co-worker to recreate the scenario and demonstrate that what I had reported was accurate. Then she and Aaron worked with the State Farm claims department to help them understand what happened. As a result, we did not accept liability and I was not held responsible for the other driver's carelessness. I'm thrilled with the level of personalized service and responsiveness this team provides. Leo Verduzco, that's who you need to go see. I had everything with Geico but when I was purchasing my first home the deal had to be closed immediately so they needed my home owners insurance effective immediately. Geico was unable to deliver and needed to wait 3 days to get my paperwork emailed to me, that's when I called State Farm and talked to Leo. He was able to get my homeowners insurance set up that same day and had the proof of insurance emailed immediately and because of him I was able to purchase my first home! Leo understood my situation and felt my urgency but was able keep it cool, professional, and very personable. That's exactly why I called him back the next week to get my car insurance and life insurance, because I can trust him and I know he can get the job done right!!! This review has been long overdue. I purchased my home about a year ago and came to Aaron Sessions State Farm office for my condominium insurance policy. I couldn't be any happier with my decision! I've worked with different insurance agencies for various policies in the past and have put up with my fair share of voicemails and late returned calls on important questions and urgent insurance needs...but I didn't get that here! What I got here was friendly professionals who listened to what I needed and reminded me that insurance doesn't have to be like a trip to the dentist. I highly recommend this State Farm group. They really are dedicated to their clients, just like the State Farm guy in the TV ads...above and beyond. Recently notified me that it looked as though my premium was going to be raised due to mileage reports from oil change data. Wanted to know current car mileage to compare with the report to make sure it was correct. I reported my current mileage and was able to keep my same rate. No other insurance I have had in the past would have been this considerate. I cannot say enough about their service. Aaron Sessions and his crew (Krista and Beth) have been wonderful to me. Aaron and his team are wonderful to work with. Whenever I need their assistance, they are willing to help and are quick to respond within 24 hours with whatever assistance or documents I need. I have recently been working with Krista and she is amazing! She is responsive and follows through with whatever I need help with. I really feel like she is looking out for me as she is always willing to reach out to me to see how things are going and reviewing my plan to see where we can help save money or improve coverage. I came across State Farm thru. Friend of mine. She highly recommended that I talk to Leo about my auto insurance. I called him up and he was so friendly.
