I have very bad anxiety and I'm scared of going to the dentist. I went to Michelle because reviews made her sound kind and gentle. She definitely lives up to that, I had no pain and plenty of reassurance. Unfortunately she is out of network for my insurance, or I would definitely come back. Office staff was also very kind and accommodating. Seems this practice is all women, which is something I look for as a woman with past trauma from men. The office also has great up to date technology and imaging. They also do sedation dentistry, but unfortunately I didn't have someone to drive me or I would have taken advantage of that service. read more

Dr. Eng is a very experienced dentist and does great work. She is very friendly and patient and has small hands which make it more comfortable when she is working inside a small mouth. She replaced a large number of my old crowns which resulted in a lot of fine tuning to get the bite right. I had many office visits, and she never gave up throughout the process with making it better each time. She was always very cheerful and knew just what to do and always encouraged me to come back if it didn't feel right. The office staff is amazing and they are like a family. They have all been with her for a long time which is unusual in the dental field. I cannot stress enough how friendly everybody is at this dentist office. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Michelle herself and everyone in between, I felt like I was among friends and not at the "dreaded" dentist. I hadn't been to the dentist in three years and was convinced that I was going to have all sorts of problems, so naturally I was very nervous going into my appointment. Everybody I came in contact with made me feel so comfortable, and unlike other dental appointments I have experienced, every step of the way was explained to me, AND explained in a way that I could understand without feeling foolish (including the insurance/payment side of things, which can get sticky.) I usually feel like I have to refrain from asking questions or that I can't speak up, but this was not the case. The main goal of everyone working with Dr. Michelle is to ensure the patient is comfortable at every moment. After my general check up and cleaning, I was told that I do have to go back for a deep clean and some additional work, but Dr. Michelle made me feel really good about the upcoming experience, and rather than feeling nervous about going back, I am more excited to see everybody again in a few weeks! All this on top of the fact that the office is clean and well-lit, with lots of natural light coming in - something I didn't know I would appreciate until I saw it and compared the office to others I've been in. Had an amazing experience. I needed to have two crowns to replace fillings I received as a child. The experience was super positive. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I expected to sit there for an hour having to listen to drilling but instead they set me up to watch a comedy movie with headphones on while they did the work. This allowed the time to fly by quickly and I barely heard the drilling and was easily able to take my mind off of the work that was being done and instead just enjoy the movie. I received plenty anesthetic so that I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is searching. read more

This dentist does an amazing job of dentistry. Her reconstructive dentistry knowledge is amazing and her chairside manner is exemplary. While other dentists are afraid of doing anything besides filling a cavity, She knows how to administer local anesthetic with a minimum of discomfort. She just rescued me from a previous dentist who kept sending me to specialists and wouldn't look the problem that was truly dental. Re-adjusting a crown was all that was needed. AFter trying other dentists, I can easily say that Dr. Eng really is the best I have had. read more

Dr. Michelle Eng has done great work on my teeth not just for me but my entire family as well. I am very pleased with how my cosmetic dentistry treatments turned out. While discussing w her about the progress she mentioned she is also offering Exosome and Stem cell treatments to her patients. I trust her 100% and was treated with Exosomes for my TMJ problem.
