I've been a patient of Dr. Eng's for 10 years now. She is an excellent dentist & such a warm person. The last time I went in for a crown, she inspected my tooth further & found that I actually only needed a new filling. She saved me the experience of a crown & the money it would have cost. I found Dr Eng on Yelp after a pretty negative experience at another dentist office. I saw that she did free consultations, which I was in need of after seeing a dentist I now know is untrustworthy. This office was very welcoming, starting with Christina at the front office. Everything was very organized and on time. Sadly I can't remember the names of everyone there, but they were all super friendly and wonderful, as well as very good with my 6 year old son who was tagging along. As I had expected, Dr Eng had a much different diagnoses for me than the previous dentist. She went above and beyond for this free consultation. I made an appointment to schedule my fillings. Fast forward to that appointment, it was even better, which is saying a lot when getting fillings! They turned on Netflix for me so I could watch while the work was done. Dr Eng and her associate were very gentle and I could tell very thorough as well. The pricing is competitive and fair, finally! It's been getting harder to find a dentist I can trust after my long time dentist retired last year, but I have found the one in Dr Eng. I highly recommend her-she's extremely knowledgeable, very warm, prompt and her entire staff is beyond impressive. read more

Fabulous dentist and staff. It's like visiting family. Years ago, another dentist's office recommended filling my young daughter's four cavities under general anesthesia. Dr. Michelle talked to me patiently for half an hour, assuaging my guilt at allowing four cavities to happen and assuring me that she could do it using only local anesthesia. My daughter, then a little girl, was apparently unaware of being given a local with a needle. Shots are NOT her favorite thing. As far as I could tell, she never minded going to the dentist. She looked forward to picking out a toy at each visit. I've had extensive crown work, a couple of fillings, and currently undergoing an orthodontic procedure using one of those nearly invisible plastic molds to correct a bit of drift that's taken place over the years. Their new location at 15 Mareblu, with convenient and free parking, is comfortable and cozy. read more

I am so lucky to have been referred to this dentist office. Dr. Michelle Eng and the staff there have been nothing but friendly and kind. While they do extensive work to check on the existing conditions of your teeth...they don't pressure you into anything. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist or should I say used to be afraid of going to the dentist I was more than comfortable and the staff seem to be attentive to my sensitivity. They are fine general practitioners for teeth cleaning all the way up to root canals but if you have an oral emergency beyond that they really should be referring people to specialists. Driven more by money than caring for patients, they don't demonstrate any follow through and do more work than needed. If they recommend something get a second opinion. read more

This is by far the best dental practice ever!! I was with our failmily dentist for years then they moved and went to Rancho viejo dental.(Not good, don't go there) I was not treated well and decided to go to Dr. Engs on a referral from a friend. The best descion for my entire family. She is willing to do payment plans to help eliviate any potential financial harships. This comes in handy when it has to do with my children(they have soft teeth). It really helps to be able to pay the full price in smaller payments over a short time. Also, Christina is amazing. Always friendly and remebers your face-the whole team does. When Dr Eng begins working on you. They have up to date equiptment, headphones and a pillow (does your do that? Pribably not). When Dr Eng gives the numbing shot you literally can not even feel it. No joke, I left my 11 year old son there by himself and no he did not have any pain or even flintched during the shot. I feel 100% confident with her and her team providing a clam and easy enviornement for kids. I can actully do errands during his appointment and not worry about him freaking out over the shot or if he is in pain! Amazing!!! Thank you Dr Eng. My whole extended family goes to see the Eng's, and they do a wonderful job with all of us, from adults to kids. My daughter had a couple of cavities, and she's never had something she didn't want to cry about, so I was nervous as to how it would go. She's loved the dentist, and I worried about a painful experience turning her off. I needn't have worried - Dr. Michelle did such an amazing job in keeping her calm and explaining everything in a way that she could understand. Sure, she was on a little bit of laughing gas, but at the end of the filing she proclaimed that it was THE BEST DAY EVER. The office staff is incredibly nice, and the hygienists and everyone is very responsive when it comes to meeting our needs. read more
