They kept saying I owed the $6 difference due to the $10 off coupon that I used. I've never heard of anything so utterly asinine in my life, I worked retail my whole life and an even exchange is and even exchange!!! They basically penalized me for using my $10 off coupon and the two girls at the checkout counter were so incompetent and utterly unable to figure it to make the customer happy. I will never go in there again and I am a licensed professional aesthetician of 15 years and never had an issue but they just lost out on a loyal professional client for a six dollar difference because they had zero professional abilities to resolve the problem or improve the situation.
