I sent her pics of the cool tone I wanted, and she showed me what she thinks would look great on me. Over the year or so, we have worked so hard to get my dark damaged hair to blonde. After about 4 hours, her masterpiece was done & I absolutely loved it! QUALITY: 5/5 Can be pricey for those who aren't used to paying a good amount of money for great quality. Same goes with products, obviously you'd have to pay more for a better outcome. She used a ton of high-end products on my hair so it'd turn out healthy and voluminous as ever.
