Now the process: I can't say it is pain free but Marlin surely does aim to make you feel comfortable as much as she can. Throughout the process she would ask me how I was holding up and would even suggest breaks if needed. I really appreciated this because I am not sure everyone would be so willing to take many breaks like we did my first time. However, what I can say is that it gets less painful and my subsequent waxes after the first went a lot faster and a whole lot less painful. I think this is due to Marlin's skill level and quickness.
