I also feel the amount I paid for the services I received was too much! I didn't know until I got there that hot tub was available with all services but was broken the day I was there. The music was relaxing and not too loud, and they had great color options to choose from. The pedicure itself was nice - pretty standard with polish removal and nail trim, callus removal with pumice, leg massage, and warm towel. You do get a discount for paying in cash.

I got a French gel manicure for $43 - and they do a no mess no fuss eyebrow wax for $12. Yes Susan, I tipped - that price doesn't include a tip. The gal was nice and my French lines were straight (only reason I come to a salon because I can't do French to save anything). Nothing was blow-my-mind over the top but you can go drink at Applebees after you're done in the mall. Would it be my go-to spot? Probably not. Would I gamble again for a decent French gel manicure when I am at the mall? Sure!

The tech didn't even introduce himself. He found out I was from California and berated California the entire time and kept making snide comments. I asked several times about having the pedicure done at the same time and I was told that they couldn't do that because "we're not like California people come here to relax"- although I saw many staff and we're sitting around doing nothing. when I was done, I asked for a receipt that was itemized and they refused to give it to me. They upcharged my nine year-old niece and cut her cuticles so badly that she was bleeding in two places Upon check out at the desk, I insisted on a receipt which created dialogue with a man who wouldn't even look at me. He had tattoos and he was very short with me. He behaved like he didn't wanna be there when I kept persisting with the conversation. A customer started cursing me out telling me to get the F out and calling me several names. The staff did nothing to stop the situation. Tech left paint on my hands on my fingers and when I asked him to remove it he got the clippers out and started clipping my skin with the paint attached to it. Is this the way it's done in this part of the country? Terrible. Just so uncivilized and gross.
