I was told I have to buy a stocking cap for $1.00 before trying them on. Not a huge deal. I grabbed a few mannequin heads with wigs and placed them on the back display case and tried them on. The man yelled from the front of the store, that I was only allowed to try on 4. I tried on 5. There was one other customer besides me. The owners weren't busy or helping anyone. The guy could have walked over to me and told me and ask if I needed assistance but he didn't. So rude. Then, I began to put the mannequins away as best as I could remember in what spots I took them from. The man practically ran down the aisle to the shelves and angry rearranged the mannequins. Didn't look at me or ask if I needed anything. Then, he went back to the front of the store and sat on his chair at the register. I will never go back there again. I just read some of the other reviews and the others encountered the same rude treatment. If I could have given No stars, I would have.

The wig itself was very poor quality--the cut was uneven, it wasn't styled properly, there was a lot of hair breakage, the cap was stretched out and there were even holes/stains in the cap with hair poking through. Knowing that my mom would be sick, we chose Lynn because she will come to the house. However, she only did a FaceTime call prior to delivering the wig (which was not adequate to properly replicate my mom's hairstyle/color or ensure the correct fit). The wig was supposed to have been cut and styled by a hairdresser. She had her son deliver the wig from the salon without first ensuring that the hairdresser did what was asked. To her credit, when I reached out to her about the problems, she did come to the house and attempted to make adjustments. When she saw that the cap did not properly fit my mom's head, without us even asking, she offered to replace the wig within about a week. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, she has ghosted us and will not respond. Overall, the product and service were both extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
