She also looked visibly annoyed. I didn't mind waiting and would have understood if she had simply explained that the juices would take a few minutes. I've also witnessed customers waiting a long time without being acknowledged, even though the employees clearly saw them. Some eventually walked out because no one took their order. I really liked this place and its juices, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience. If juices are advertised and sold here, customers shouldn't be treated badly for ordering them. Better customer service and a more respectful attitude are definitely needed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back or recommending this place to others.
