Horrible Customer Service!!! Extremely RUDE Employees with Attitude, ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE WITH TATTOOS ON HER ARMS!!! We walked in and all customers were confused because no one knew how to order. Female employee with tattoos on arms was ignoring all customers and will not talk to any customers or help anyone. If it wasn't for a customer that knew the ordering process, we would all been standing around waiting for service and probably just took off without purchasing anything. We asked her for help multiple times and she would just ignore all of the customers. She was extremely rude and had an attitude!!! Another male employee walked in but was no help as well, he ignored customers and was also rude. As for the cookies, they look nothing like the pictures and are average, taste like Panera cookies. The female employee made me wait more than one hour for the cookies & cream brownie (cookie of week), according to her, she was too busy to put a batch in the oven. The store was dirty and the employee refuse to assist customers. Customers walk in and no employee greets you or wants to talk to customers. This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced. Definitely NOT worth the expensive prices they charge for those average cookies. Crumbl Downey has plenty of parking and depending on the time you go service can be a hit or miss. Today 7/8/25 I came in around 1:20pm and was greeted by a staff who I told I came for an order I placed and a pickup for another person. He asked the names and got the orders to me right away. The store was clean, airy and AC was on point. Presentation of my orders were great compared to past visits from this location and other locations (i.e. slightly sloppy or just tossed inside the box any kind of way). I'm pleased with the service and desserts today. After months of being away from all Crumbls in general I can say this particular location has changed since my last visit -- AND it's for the better! read more

I've always heard great things about Crumbl cookies, so when my coworkers surprised me by delivering a party box, I was so ecstatic. If you're a fan of softer, slightly raw cookies, you'll really enjoy these! The flavors at Crumbl change weekly, which is a cool concept, but all the flavors I tried were really good. I liked how they have a variety of flavors which includes both traditional flavors and unique flavors. I would say that in general, the unique flavors taste better than the more traditional cookies. The party box that the cookies come in are really cute and you can also add a bow to your box with a sticker for a special occasion. Because I got these delivered, I can't speak on customer service and ambiance, however, if I'm just going off the cookies themselves, I highly recommend trying them and would get them again in the future! read more

I still had to wait 10 minutes in my car AND they messed up my order but I didn't notice until I got home. I honestly shouldn't love and visit Crumbl as much as I do...but I can't help it. First and foremost: if you don't like sweet or super sweet, don't buy their cookies. I remember quite a while back when I first saw the buzz about Crumbl, the only way you could find them is by downloading their app. I thought it was just another marketing scheme to make them so evasive to get. Then their storefronts made it closer and closer to where I lived until eventually a Downey location opened. Crumbl cookies are HUGE and high in calories. They're meant to share. You can purchase one of their cute little cutters that will cut their large cookies in 4 equal parts or you can go old school and use your knife at home. What I love most about Crumbl is how they keep one or two staple flavors (usually chocolate chip and classic pink sugar) on their menu and they bring different flavors every week. I love that!!! So dangerous though... Another thing I love about Crumbl is using their app to order ahead. While their Downey location doesn't have curbside pick up enabled, you can walk in and go straight to the pick up counter. You can notify them via the app that you're there and there's no wait for your cookies. Service is good. The people there are hustling and serving up their delicious cookies made fresh. I was a little reluctant to try Crumbl since the reviews were mixed, but I'm so glad I finally did. Crumbl cookies may not be for everyone but we love them! Happy they're in Downey. read more
