Wow, was this truck ever a disappointment. I waited for 40 minutes just to place an order, with only 4 people ahead of me, and then waited another 20 minutes for the food itself. There were only two guys working the truck, and it was clear they were completely overwhelmed. They need at least two more employees to have any realistic chance of keeping up with just a middling crowd. I ordered the Steak Street Tacos and fries, and my wife ordered the Chicken and Waffles. The tacos were basically just the Philly Cheese Steak filling in a tortilla; very mild and not much flavor, but not the worst things I've had. The fries were extremely soggy and greasy. I tossed most of those. The Chicken and Waffles didn't turn out any better. The waffle was mildly sweet with a sprinkling of crunchy chunks(!) of confectioners sugar, and very tough and chewy. The chicken part of the dish's namesake turned out to be simply deep fried chicken wings. No breading, no flavoring, just fried chicken wings tossed on top. When I got to the front of the line, the man that took orders didn't bother to even acknowledge me. After spending another 15 minutes helping to pack the previous orders, he finally greeted me with "What would you like?". He did warn me that the Chicken and Waffles would take an additional 12 minutes though, and tried to dissuade me from ordering it. I guess I should've taken his advice. I liked his shirt that proclaimed anyone reading it was an idiot though. Very professional.... Suffice to say, this is one of the worst food truck experiences we've ever had. Just had an order of wings and fries, with the honey hot sauce. The wings and sauce were outstanding. Possibly one of my new favorite wing sauces. The fries were also very tasty. Perfectly done for the fresh cut, not crispy, style of fries. They're truck was outside of Max Taps in Centennial and on this night it's crappy, rain/snowy and cold outside. I tried this food truck for the first time today. Was very excited to try the catfish "nuggets" with fries. They are more like cat fish filets, which was fine...but the fish wasn't cleaned AT ALL. I could see silver all over the fish, which any fisher knows that means the fish isn't clean. It had a dirty taste, and I am sad I wasted my money. Perhaps other things on the truck are good, but the cat fish isn't one of them. read more

Had the cheese steak and fries at Launchpad brewery. So very good a good spicyness I the cheese too.

Ordered two meals on a busy afternoon at Lone Tree Brewing. After an hour, the food still wasn't ready. When we followed up, the order he had for us was wrong and we had to correct it. When they brought it out, my brat and fries were burnt. I couldn't even stand to smell the burned fries. The hot dog buns are the generic soft flour you get at the store for under $1 and the brat was similar. The plastic ware was so flimsy, the fork and knife literally bent like paper without breaking and couldn't cut the waffle. The chicken and waffles, however, were delicious. We paid $20 plus tip for the two meals. We should have known this was going to happen with the less than creative business name. This is someone who needed to do their homework before buying a food truck. read more

Michigan Colorado Food Truck came to Seedstock Brewery in Denver, CO. and it was amazing. I had the chicken wings and waffles and it was better than advertised. The wings were juicy and perfectly cooked with a lot of meat on them. The mix of sweet with the syrup and waffles with the hot sauce and wings was the perfect combination of flavors. The hot sauce was awesome, wish I could take a jug of it home. I will be paying attention to where this food truck is at all times! read more

We waited 30 minutes at Lone Tree Brewdry for tacos and Philly cheesesteak. Checked back twice to see what the holdup was. They said they were waiting on the fryer for the fries. We said forget the fries, so settled for Cold Mac n cheese instead. Tacos were cold, dry meat, and tasteless. Cheesesteak of OK. Person taking orders at the window was uninspired. Not a fan of this food truck at all. Waited an hour for our food )easy hot dog and tacos), only to be served a cold Detroit dog and lackluster tacos. The hot dog was barely cooked and cold to the touch, bun was right out of the fridge and the chili apparently was sitting out and became cold and somewhat hard. The Mac n cheese tastes like it was from Costco. My girlfriends tacos were ok - very little meat in them - not at all like typical food truck tacos. The guys are super nice, brought our food to us. The prices are good...BUT. I was thankful to have something to eat so I could have a beer. My friend's "Chicago style hotdog" was a skinny Walmart hotdog and bun. Boxed Mac and cheese is much better. The fresh cut fries were good and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was tender and ok. Far and away the best service I've ever received from a food truck!! Such a great crew who clearly love what they do! The macaroni and cheese is legitimately one of the tastiest things I've gotten from a truck with perfect seasoning. The fries are fresh cut - if you haven't had actual fresh cut, be prepared for a darker fry but way more flavor. This food truck was at a local brewery where we were, so thought I'd check it out. I regret it! It took over 30 min to get our food (just two orders). I had a catfish po boy- It was basically a bun with about 7 huge deep fried pieces catfish thrown in next to it. I have never had anything so salty in my life!! After eating about 4 pieces of deep fried batter, I mean catfish, I felt sick to my stomach from so much salt and grease. I went to bed still feeling nauseous. I love cheesesteaks and tacos. These cats have both and they are super great. It takes a little while, but it's worth the wait. Undoubtedly the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a food truck. After waiting 45 minutes for my poboy, they finally gave it to me and it was nothing but catfish and lettuce on a dry bun. No sauce. No tomato. These guys are terrible. Definitely do not recommend. read more
