Not a big deal, I was just thinking not everyone wants a whole and if someone is extra hungry they can take two halves. Just thought it would make things a tad easier. They tell me no. They can't/won't cut in half. Ok, whatever. I don't understand what the big deal is, they obviously posses knives... just cut them instead of saying "no". So stupid. 20ish Minutes after waiting, the person who took my order said it would be 30 minutes to make. Which was weird cause what was going on for the last 20 minutes? 30 minutes to wait is fine, if you don't waste the 20 mins prior resulting in about an hour wait. So, I declined as now we are talking an hour to get 20 simple breakfast burritos. I needed to get to work and I wasn't wanting to wait an entire hour and they just wasted 20 minutes of my time not prepping anything, so I decided not to go with the burritos. Someone came to refund my sale and then preceded to kind of scold me for not ordering in advance. He said something about for an order like 20 burritos they want 2 days heads up. GTF outta here. It's freaking burritos. You don't need 2 days to make 20 burritos. And here's the thing, I'm not here for a lecture because I attempted to give YOU business. And I won't be back, either. When you get a customer to purchase your goods, be happy. Provide them the goods. Make it as soon as you can. Don't say no for no reason. Don't make anyone feel bad for trying to give you business. It would have been SOOOOO simple to make the burritos and quick run the knife through them. But, no, the choice was to do nothing for almost a half hour, to refuse to run a knife through them as asked, and then lecture a customer for coming in to order 20 items. It's not like I asked for 100. What if 10 customers came in and each ordered 2? Can you do that? Do they get lectured, too, or...? See ya.

The staff was super friendly with big smiles all around and I didn't realize until looking back at photos that the guy was posing for the photo in the back holding up crepes, which is hilarious. I ordered the quesabirrias with beef. Which seems to be a beefy cheesy taco. This was located on Colfax at the hispanic food truck festival off of Chambers. The staff member helped me understand the menu and they took card for payment. Just watching them prepare the meal you see they put so much dedication in every single ingredient and how they place it and cook it. This was pure art, not only in how delicious and perfectly balanced all the flavors were, but just the whole vibe of the area. You absolutely must come and experience this food truck yourself.
