Yay! I've been looking for a Polynesian place that isn't L&L. I came here on a Friday around 5 PM, it was empty except for two patrons. The employee at the register was incredibly kind and the service in general was great. I ordered the ahi tuna poke plate to go and it came out so quick! I was only there for about 5 minutes total. It was pretty dark inside, but I didn't have any problem with that. The food was yummy and I enjoyed it. You could tell that the tuna sits in the sauce for a little because it was on the more soft side. Regardless, it was good! Can't wait to come here again and try everything else on the menu. It's right next to Launch Pad, so this could be an awesome place to get food from while drinking a beer. read more

If you are craving pretty authentic poke in the Denver/Aurora area, this is a great option! I stopped in for a bowl and was pleasantly surprised with the tastiness of this bowl. Also a nice treat was having a fridge full of Hawaiian Sun drinks (Lilikoi Passion too!). My bowl came out within minutes of sitting down and I ate the entire bowl in one sitting. The Ahi Tuna bites were chunky without being too large and seasoned well (a bit salty but I loved it). Rice was nice and fluffy. Overall, no complaints and I would keep this in my rotation for poke. I went around 1pm and the workers were very nice and immediately helped. The food was amazing, I've never had polynesian food before so I cannot speak on its authenticity but it was simply delicious. The first time I've ever eaten coconut shrimp and actually tasted the coconut. I couldn't decide on which meat to get so I got da mix, very delicious every meat tastes good. Large portion too, I had leftovers. Definitely recommend!! Pop up at Hawaii fundraiser. Always ono. I was super excited to see poke plate lunch. I love poke. And spam musubi and Hawaiian Sun drinks to boot! So many choices of protein for the plate lunches and I was torn between poke and kalua pig. But poke always wins. And I was discussing Hawaiian Sun flavors with the next person in line. Passion orange guava my fav but I caved to his recommendation of lilikoi passion fruit. It was refreshing and tasty. A more subtle flavor. The poke was fresh and the rice so good. And of course the Mac salad was delicious. So many memories of HI. Can't wait to eat the spam musubi for lunch tomorrow. It'll be so awesome. I stopped here for dinner the other day at the recommendation of a coworker and I am so glad I did. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly for my to-go order. I got the Poke Hawaiian Plate Lunch which was a delicious combination of a large scoop of poke, two scoops of seasoned white rice, a scoop of macaroni salad and some fresh pineapple. Everything was very fresh and packed full of flavor - absolutely delicious. I thought it was a great blend of flavors: I ate the chicken and beef first and the texture was very complementary. However, after eating the chicken and the beef, I really didn't have any appetite left for the kalua pork and when I came back to pick at it, the texture just wasn't that appealing for me. Personally, I enjoy kalua pork, but not with the other two, which were a little more sweet and crispy. This place had some of the best loco moco I've ever had. The gravy was rich and full of flavor. I also wanted to give a nod to the service. Everyone was so nice. No Ke Aloha os a food truck converted in to a full time space. Cost with that is still comparable to food truck prices and sizes. While I enjoy their food, I don't get it often because 1. There hours are limited and 2. It's quite expensive. Be prepared for a wait when they do open because it's usually a weekend and a lot of people are there during prime meal times. The food here was pretty good, with good portions for the prices. I got the Coconut shrimp and chips. The shrimp was delicious, fresh and crunchy. I'm def willing to get again. The fries were the perfect cut, fried just right, with good crunch, not over salted, and a great portion size. I couldn't tell if the sauce that came with the meal was for the shrimp or the fries. It reminded me of a mayo and ketchup mix that I grew up on. I don't love it with the shrimp so I ate it with the fries. I also got the bbq chicken plate. Now let's talk about the macaroni salad from this place. I definitely don't know what the distinct flavor was that made this macaroni salad so different but this was the best macaroni salad I have ever had in my entire life!!! It is something I will definitely come back for, but the menu doesn't show that you can buy the macaroni salad as a side on its own but I could live off of it. I will def be back for that and beg to but scoops of it if they will let me. The service was really fast and the young lady at the register was very kind. The locations had plenty of parking and wasn't packed which I could appreciate. The eating area provides 3 four seat tables, one 4seat high table, and there is a side counter area with 3-4 bar stools. The tables are covered with a cute Polynesian themed table cloth that is covered with thick plastic and kept very clean. Usually I find that smaller dining spots neglect from keeping their space very clean but this was not the case here and I really appreciated that. AMAZING Hawaiian food! I have been lucky enough to visit Hawaii over a half dozen times in my life...and this is the closest thing we have had to authentic Hawaiian food in Colorado! The ahi was the best we have had in Colorado for sure. Fantastic flavor and very fresh. The fries themselves were really good as well! The fries were similar to McDonald's in size, flavor and texture. The sauce was great as was the furikake. We weren't quite sure if we made the right call on the poke as our protein and thought about going a little more traditional with the Kahlua pork...but we were very pleasantly surprised just how well the tuna enhanced the flavor of the fries and took them to the next level. The hurricane fries themselves were great...but with tuna...fantastic! Once the sauce from the poke found it's way into the crispy, hot fries...to die for! No Ke Aloha started out as a food truck but has since expanded to a brick and mortar location that is open Wednesday - Saturday. If you are ever in the Aurora area you really need to try them out. I devoured the chicken but generally never eat the rice, hence the order of fries. I'm glad I tried the fries but I won't get them again. It's a 15min drive back and naturally fries cool off. Plus there were definite hints of nori/bonito/something from the ocean on the topping that I didn't care for (personal preference but if they'd clarified what "hurricane style" actually constituted, I would've passed as I can't stand seaweed; no musubi for me!) Having heard rumbling of great things about No Ke Aloha, I jumped at the opportunity for a takeout date night with my husband during quarantine. So we made our way to Launch Pad Brewery to pick up a couple crowlers and dinner from No Ke Aloha. After browsing the menu I opted for the Kalua Pork plate while my husband chose the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. While both meals were pretty tasty I felt like my husband's Hawaiian BBQ Chicken packed a little more oomph and flavor than the Kalua Pork. Our meals came with steamed white rice, fruit, and mac salad. I have to say I was disappointed to find that the fruit was like a peach or mango fruit cocktail. The steamed riced was steamed up perfectly and just sticky enough. I have to say the highlight of the sides was the mac salad. I love Hawaiian Mac Salad and theirs was no exception. I know that they set up shop in a variety of locations around town, but I tend to see them most frequently at Launch Pad Brewery.
