It was nothing short of a horrible experience. I decided to go with Michigan Truck Spring due to their pricing. What a mistake!! To start out they sent me the wrong clutch! They tried to blame it on me, even though I gave him all the proper info for him to send me the right one. They said to send it back and they would send me the right one. However they would only refund me for the clutch, not the $227.00 I had to pay for shipping to get it, and another $227.00 to ship it back to them, for something that was NOT my fault. So now I am $454 in the hole and I don't have the right clutch yet. Not to mention I could have bought locally for the money I now have into this clutch. They proceeded to send me another clutch a week later. Keep in mind my truck is out of service this whole time, not out making money, so that was not good as well. I receive the 2nd clutch and it showed up looking like it had been on the shelf, used, or returned, and was broken. After talking directly to the clutch manufacturer, I tried to install it, because I needed to get my truck back on the road, and after 5 hours of labor it only broke further. At this point I talked directly to Ace Clutch again, and they sent me out a brand new clutch free of charge. Definitely would work with Ace Clutch again. I called Michigan Truck Spring back again, to see about at least getting my shipping charges back on the broken clutch they sent out, since it should have been insured. Chad said he would check with the higher ups and get back to me. After 3 calls back to them, since I could not get a return call, the next guy said there is nothing they could do to help me, since insurance only covers loss??? So long story short, it took me 3 weeks to get my truck back on the road, and cost me $454 more than it should have, plus way more labor trying to make the broken clutch work, and 3 clutches later, I finally had my truck up and running. They absolutely refused to help me in any way, there customer service and call returns was horrible, and it didn't bother them at all that they screwed up twice, and the only one out time and money was me! They didn't lose a dime, until hopefully now, when others read this review, and hopefully shop somewhere else, to save them from the nightmare of buying from this company. read more

Time of this pandemic get it is better to wait a little longer to ensure the safety of I do Believe that service that is provided as well worth the wait and appointments are done in a timely matter I would recommend this Company. Upon a little reading and thinking back I don't know if I should be pleased or should maybe think a little more about their payments and how they got a deal for parts! read more

Scammers - Buyer beware!! They told us we could have the parts installed locally by a professional and they would still qualify for the rebate. We were told they did not have to be installed by them so we ordered the parts. NOW we find out when we go to submit for the $150 rebate that we were LIED too. They had to install the parts for them to qualify for the rebate. We don't live anywhere near Saginaw and would not have purchased the parts from them if we knew they had to install them to qualify. We called Michigan Truck and Spring when we found out the Rebate would not qualify now and we were out $150. When we asked for the Manager's name so we could speak with him we were told they were not at liberty to give that information. Since they received payment for the parts they did not care that they had lied/scammed us out of $150. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! read more

I found truckspring online while searching for a part number for a bushing nowhere and I mean nowhere had. I sent them an email and was responded to prompltly with not only the part numbers but all information I needed. The dealer, local parts sores, nowhere had them or any information on them and always was trying to push bigger parts to replace the job. Thank you for your service read more

Springs were ok but not great customer service. Ordered 2 springs and needed them ASAP. They got separated during shipping and one ended up finally arriving 2 weeks late! They could have done a number of things to help us out but chose not to. Said it was UPS' problem. Will never do business with again. They don't care about their customers. read more

Don't bother with these folks. Shipping department is s joke. I have a dispute with them. They sent me an email stating no matter what there shipping company says they will be refunding all of my money. A few days later they send another email stating they have researched my complaint and will not refund my shipping. Who makes a commitment and then does the research? Complete clowns. And Bob in shipping is the worst. He said he was incharge and would not transfer me to anyone else. If I don't like the outcome tuff. I stated I was going to dispute my order with my cc company and that's when the conversation ended. What customer service. These people are morons. If they would of first stated they needed time to sort out the details I would of been fine. Instead they assure me a full refund and then days later back peddle. Beyond that they are very unprofessional once you have an issue. Seem great leading up to the sale. But not the case. I'd shop some where else. read more
