Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health.
