They were at my house for about 5 minutes and as the plumber was walking out the door, he told me "I have to order a part". I had to stop him to ask basic details, such as, how long do you think it will be before the part comes in or what part is causing the problem? This to me wasn't a huge deal, I just figured he is focused on his plumbing work, and wasn't much of a customer service type of person. It took a week before Nack's called me back to schedule another appointment. Nack then came out and worked on the toilet. When he finished he just asked how I want to pay (didn't specify that the work was done or what he had fixed, nothing). I inquired about what he had done and got very little but said it doesn't leak. 10 minutes after Nack's left, my toilet water started running again. He had stopped 1 leak, but created a new leak at the same time. I immediately called him to have him come back to fix the leak he had created and was told that he wouldn't be coming back today because he was busy. I could call his secretary tomorrow to schedule a new appointment. I asked again for him to come back today as I have already been waiting over 2 weeks and he didn't complete my job. He said he can't because other people already have appointments today. So now after more than 2 weeks (16 days to be exact) since I initially called for service, I am still waiting for them to come back to do a complete job and fix the new issue that they caused. So, turns out Nack's is not only lacking in customer service, they are also not great with plumbing work...
