They finally turned me down for a loan after being preapproved and looking for homes for months. After paying for an inspection and appraisal also. I have faxed and refaxed information so much and for so long. It took them FOREVER! to respond! In the meantime the poor sellers were getting upset with them also. They had everybody waiting on them and it took FOREVER. Again with bad news at the end. I wouldn't recommend anybody to get financing through them.

Mark Gottlieb worked with me to make sure that we locked in the lowest possible rate, and when I say lowest possible rate... I don't know anyone who has a 30 year fixed mortgage as low or lower than the one I received. And I shopped around... Obviously there are a lot of factors that come into play with the rate, but Mark was a patient advisor who monitored the rates with me for a couple of weeks and when we both agreed it was time to lock in, call it luck, call it skill, call it serendipity, we locked in at rock bottom.
