In case the hard drive died from other causes, he would have to send it to other places for data retrieving。 He told me the costs of retrieving data from that dead hard drive under various conditions. I agreed. Later, he identified the problem, ordered a replacement part for that hard drive, and eventually revived the hard drive. I am very grateful! Throughout the whole course of our interaction, I find Mike to be a very capable computer technician. He is honest, straightforward, and courteous.
