If you finally talk to them and they are willing to send anything, then, for example, the nasal cushion bags arrive opened, I found a hair in one of them. They open the 3-piece supplies and bill the parts separately, this method increases the price of about $126 to over $1000. If your insurance gave authorization from January to November (because before it was from November to December 31), then you received your order for 2 (yes, TWO) months last November, because who knows if you will still be with this insurance in January. They do not send the one-month supplies valid from last November in January, but neither do they send them in February, because they cannot take last year's order into account. In March, you finally fight for the 6-month supply, but in late September-October they refuse to send anything at all, because your insurance company's one-year supply (from November last year to November this year) doesn't cover anything if they send me a 3-month supply in October. I talk to the insurance company, they send them the new authorization that same day, but they don't send anything either, because it's the end of October and who knows, November, December, and then the new year, whether I'll be with the same insurance company. I suffered with them for two years, then I gave up. This year, I bought my supplies independently, independently of the insurance company. My entire year's supply in 2025 cost the insurance company almost four times as much as what I ordered without insurance, for the whole year of 2026 (it was about the same for me as if I had gotten it through insurance). They tried to bill me (and the insurance co) some "rental fee" - I've NEVER rented anything from the APGUARD. APGUARD is a fraudulent company, and even if the insurers put the very smart AI to work, they will never discover why a part costs $1,067 instead of $126.

At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions. The young woman was a bit more helpful but the older male was rude. When asked if he has a tape measure the footprint he said he didn't have one, yet he was quick to point out a sign on the wall that he had up for 20 years, "NO RETURN, NO REFUNDS". AS i can respect that policy due to the nature of the products and the industry, it was surprising that in 20 years no one asked fo r a tape measure. I even brought my old shower chair to compare, but he didnt offer to show a floor demo......as did the second place i went to only 10 minutes further on Ventura and Shirley.
