I have done a lash lift here. I don't like how it turned out. Maybe because I have naturally lifted lashes the treatment did not lift them as much? And to add tint you have to pay extra and the total would be ~$110-120 if I remember correctly. I have had better lash lift services . read more

Second time coming here. Service is very consistent. My natural wispy lashes stayed on for 3 weeks until I needed a fill. Eyes did not get irritated as some other places and the lashes feels soft and natural. I tried fayre as the initial technician and I felt she really listened to my request. I do not appreciate requesting an appointment date and time change a week prior to my appointment and my time and gas not being taken into consideration. Started coming here a few months ago because IThe place is top notch! Prices are pretty steep. This place is massively big. It has two sections, hair salon on one side and lashes on the other side. Staff here are not as friendly as my previous location. Not sure who the men are that sit right at the check-in counter but they don't greet you, no smile no eye contact , they just tell you to sit down . No customer service at all. It's not my intention to be negative but this place isn't cute on the inside. It's basically a small medical office with random lash tables in it. Booking was't too difficult but kind of interesting that you have to "request" an appointment. I asked for 2D volume lash and the tech said okay. I even showed the picture. When it was done It did not look like what I had asked for. I texted the business number and hour or so later and asked if someone can please add more to the lash because it didn't look like the picture. The then explained to me that I have to pay more. As much as I loved how my eyelash extensions came out, please beware of the placement of the pads they use under your eyes or the quality of products. It's only been 2 hours since I got my eyelashes done here and my left eye is burning. I did speak up about the eyelash pad being uncomfortable, but after readjusting it was too late and my eyes are irritated (maybe cut) from it. Turn down the Music! Went to their new salon. Very nice, and Wendy always does a fantastic job. But the new owner had fast-paced, loud piano bar music in the background. Not relaxing at all! If quality of lashes is your main priority, definitely try Moon Lash & Beauty (if you're interested in getting lash extensions)! However, be aware of the ever-changing appointment times: POSITIVES 1. Quality - I can only speak for the 3D lashes but they are light, voluminous and they last a really long time (I got mine refilled at 5.5 weeks because they still looked fine even after crying, accidentally taking a microfiber towel to them, and staying up working a 20 hour day not including my commute - that public accounting life, ifykyk). I have not tried the sensitive glue formula so I can't speak to the adhesion for that option but the regular glue definitely lasts a while! 2. Service - Tracie is very helpful in having you pick your lash style but is also flexible in changing styles. I originally went with the longer ends for that elegant look but ended up wanting more natural looking ones so on my next refill, she changed it up for me! 3. I actually really like the classical piano remixes they play! It is super calming and relaxing for me personally! NEUTRALS 1. The establishment is clean, but it doesn't feel the most "spa"-like. I don't mind it but if that kind of experience is a top priority, it can definitely be a factor. 2. They don't charge extra if you pay cash - They used to take venmo but no longer! 3. After your first visit, their refills are pretty expensive - This could be a deterrent but they do such a great job and their lash extensions are so nice that I don't mind paying for it. NEGATIVES 1. It seems like they're always running a tad late. Every time I have been to my appointment, I've had to wait 10-15 minutes. My mom and sister have also been there and have gotten texts in the days leading to their appointments to change the appointment times which can be annoying if you're trying to stay on a schedule. Overall, quality outweighs the scheduling issues and prices for me even though scheduling can potentially keep me from coming back. read more

Great service on my lashes but will never come back. I have been coming to this company (multiple locations for a few years). My service today by Miya was good but the company is not great in the way they treat customers. For my last appointment, I was in the hospital the same day and called multiple times with no answer and no call back to tell them I had gone to the hospital and would not make my appointment. There was no way to cancel on line and nobody answers the phone. I have NEVER missed an appointment in the years I have been coming. Today, they charged me $25 for my missed appt. I certainly understand a policy for customers that repeatedly cancel but I was in the hospital and made every effort to make them aware. It seems there should be some consideration in that relationship. I wont come back here unfortunately after this experience. read more

It's been 3 weeks and I went back for my refill. I could have waited another week-- the work is that good!! I was referred by my hairdresser and I am so happy to have found this place. My first time was with Joanne and she did the 2D lashes. The next day I received a compliment from my coworker. This last visit I booked online and requested Tracy and she suggested that I try 3D lashes for a more fuller look. I trusted her and she was spot on. Lovely!! She actually said that I could have waited an extra week and encouraged me to wait 4 weeks if I wanted. I am happy with both technicians but may try another gal just to get a feel of someone. I mentioned it to them, and they said they would use a "sensitive" adhesive the next time, but they were still so itchy. Intolerable itchy. So disappointed. So these are without a doubt the most beautiful and high quality lashes I've ever had. I love them. Joanna is a magician with lash extensions. Even after showering and crying, the lashes stay super soft and don't fall out in clumps like they do with other places. I am in love with her work. However, the first time I had my appointment, they tried to change my time 10 minutes before my arrival. Now i scheduled my refill over a week a head of time, and they rescheduled me without even asking. Very unprofessional of them. Will probably have to try the Buena Park location. Update: tried to book with Buena Park and the brea location cancelled my Buena Park appointment and set me for a time I can't even make. I spoke to the male receptionist and he was extremely rude. I've had my lashes done at this location twice before with Chelsea. She was so friendly and gentle. She moved to the Buena Park location recently and I have not been able to go there yet. I looked at other reviews from moon lash and decided to try getting lashes done with Tracy. I was extremely pleased. I showed her my old lashes from Chelsea and some other desired photos and she suggested the right length and style for me. She was so calming and extremely gentle. She also had such a soft voice and demeanor which is a plus when you want to relax. I didn't feel any tugging, pulling of my eyes or discomfort.
