I went to Downtown Sugar Brea on a whim. I was hesitant because I always did waxing and was curious. I thought, ok I'll try it. I'll do my brows. I made the appointment online, it was super easy and i didn't know any of the sugarist so based on my requested time it set me up with Monica. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist and was quickly called back to a private very clean room. I explained to Monica it was my first time and she took the time to go over the benefits. Let me tell you I am so glad I had Monica do my sugaring. She was the absolute best and so sweet and patient. I booked for another service next week and I can't wait! One of the best places I've gotten waxed at! I continue to be a returning client because of Melly's (Melissa's) great attitude. The communication here is immaculate and top tier. Alicia, thank you so much for your kind service. You were gently and careful with my service and forever I appreciate you. I will definitely be coming back for more. This place is super cute, parking is easy and location is nice. There is a super cute hair salon right next to it too. I only know because I asked to use the restroom and you have to go through the hair salon to get to the restroom. All staff were friendly. I feel bad for my sis in law because she was not sugared by Alicia, she was sugared by Mari. Anywho, she was wearing a face mask she was young. My sis in law told me she was on her phone a lot im assuming texting & she would take the glove off and put a new one on and she was struggling in the process. My sis in law said Mari appeared nervous and made her nervous. It was her first time getting sugared and I'm saddened & disappointed her experience wasn't as great as mine. This was my first visit and I had a great experience here compared to the other sugaring places I have been to in Orange County! I had Ana and she was great. It wasn't the fastest but I appreciated the attention to detail and delicacy. I was impressed by the products they had and used in the service. Seriously the best place for all of your skincare and hair removal needs. I've been seeing Ana for my brows for probably half of my life. I won't let anyone else touch my brows. I have a scar and my brows are thin so things can go bad pretty quick if the wrong person is doing them. I'm so proud of Ana and her expansion to this new Orange location she also has a location in Santa Ana! The parking availability here is great and it's super easy to get to from the freeway. I absolutely love this place! I first started going to the Santa Ana location where I would do my Brazilians with Alicia and when the Orange location opened up, I followed her because she's so amazing at what she does. She kills it every time and she's friendly and easy to talk to. I feel so comfortable with her which is very important to me when it comes to waxing. I've also done a lash lift and tint a couple times with them and have been so happy with the results. The Orange location is just as clean and vibey as the Santa Ana location. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here to get anything done. I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

I've only tried their sugaring but they have skin, makeup, tanning, lash, brow, and more services! They have private rooms for the sugaring. You're escorted to the room prior to your appointment. The women working will always ask if you need to use the restroom before hand. The rooms are very clean. They provide wipes prior to your appointment if you would like to freshen up. I've always have a great experience with my estheticians when I go in for my appointments. They typically help distract me from the sugaring pain by talking to me I always feel welcome and safe when I come into Sugared Belle. I highly recommend them for all your sugaring needs!
