Melissa was patient, let me show her a few reference pictures, and knew exactly what I wanted. She gave me a U-cut, with a few layers (not too much 'cause my hair is babylighted already) that helped with how heavy my hair felt. I also wanted long curtain bangs.. long enough to reach behind my ears. She asked me additional questions like whether I wanted her to fix the shape of the hair, and was more than happy to help me do it. My haircut also included a deep conditioning, which she used Kenra Reconstructive Mask and it made my hair so soft and detangled! She uses quality products and also uses a heat protectant before she blow-dried!  Customer Service: Melissa is soOoO nice and relatable. She had recommendations, was responsive through text, and is super down to earth. She's chill and easy to talk to.
