All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing. I noticed she put all my forehead tox in ONE are instead of spreading it! Same goes for the other areas. I came out with literal bumps a read face from all the pinching. After everything all nurse said was your done, "your probably gonna bruise, but it'll go away " l walked out of there horrified! After checking out at front desk they said they would follow up in 10 days but of course no one called. I would not recommend this place, the nurses seem super undertrained, maybe even unqualified to inject. Their methods are not with patient in mind, and let's not even talk about the care cause there was none. 2 weeks after, my face is off, the nurse definitely didn't know what she was going , glad this isn't permanent. So save your self the trouble and don't go here.

When I questioned whether that amount was truly necessary, the recommendation suddenly changed to one syringe total for both eyes. This significant change made me question how the original recommendation had been determined. I was then presented with paperwork related to my refund. However, the document did not simply acknowledge the refund. It also included language limiting my ability to leave negative reviews or pursue complaints. When I asked about this, I was repeatedly told it was "just for the refund," but that was not my understanding of what the document said. At that point, I chose not to sign anything. I left the clinic and accepted a partial refund of $97 instead of $100 because I was told a $3 Venmo fee had been deducted. After my visit, I reviewed Yelp and noticed several reviews describing concerns similar to my own regarding pricing, upselling, and treatment recommendations. I encourage prospective patients to carefully read all documents before signing, ask detailed questions, request pricing in writing, and seek a second opinion before proceeding with any cosmetic treatment.

I went there for electrolysis twice. The first time I had no problem setting up my appointment and everything went smooth. If you pay with credit card they charge an extra dollar but that was no big deal. The place was messy but I guess I didn't mind that too much because it was so cheap. Anyway, the second time I scheduled an appt. the owner showed up late and then proceeded to say that she had no time for a 30 min appt and she could only do 15 min. today and 15 min another day. This would've cost me more money so I declined and instead re-scheduled for another day (I was very annoyed although I didn't show it). My 2nd session I paid cash and again, everything went pretty smooth. I recently tried make a 3rd apptmt. I called the number and was sent to voicemail. I left a vm and expected for her to get back to me but a week went by and nothing. I called again a week later and she picked up but said she was busy and would call me back later. Three days have gone by and nothing. Needless to say by now I've already gone to a different place. I called a different place in Pico Rivera, made an appointment and got a completely different quality of service!! I called on a thursday and they had space for me to go in on friday!... the new place was much nicer looking, had a newer machine and was the same price!! The girl was super nice and informative! I'm sorry but I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes and get affordable, great quality service than go to a place were I feel like I have to beg to even get an appointment down!!! Good experience for the first time, probably wouldn't try again since I didn't know what it would be like. I would say when it came to the shampooing that's where the massage was present. It was soothing and relaxing. The standard shampoo they used was so relaxing, heavy scented tea tree oil and mint. It was cooling on my scalp. Pet peeves: Towards the end, they dry your hair with their hair dryer. They do use a communal hair brush because the there were previous customer hair strands still on the brush. I would notify them if you would like to skip using their brush. OR you can bring your own brush to brush your hair. When I was guided into the room they started the water fountain machine. It felt like I was left there half of the time in the session with the head spa water running down my hair. Not sure if that's normal for all head spa sessions.
