He offered to do a part search that day and if he was able to secure what was needed, they could come on Saturday (in 3 days) and fix our issue rather than doing a service call first. Thankfully he was able to find the part needed as we were leaving town the following week. He broke down the pricing for me over the phone so I was aware of the cost ahead of time.
