My cat went in for dental surgery and both of us were VERY nervous. The experience from drop-off to pick-up was above & beyond! The front desk was very helpful and friendly, the tech that came initially was very kind, and the interaction with Dr. R was very reassuring, she did not make me feel silly for asking questions and was extremely present throughout the intake conversation. Lastly, I have to shoutout Carly. She is AMAZING and beyond communicative, she provided timely updates and photos! They are definitely on the pricier side of things, but it's worth the peace of mind knowing my fur babies are being well-cared for. They have screensavers in rotation on all of their monitors/TVs; look for the one where you can send a picture of your pet via email to be featured on their screens. Super cute idea!

I was told the booster shot was covered, and there would be no charge next time And then I got charged ready for this for the shot and for the technician who gave the shot! How else was the dog gonna get a shot if somebody didn't give it to her? The office manager Kim has absolutely no interest in having a courteous discussion with regard to Protocols in the office that are to say the least fee generators. Don't be fooled. This office is sold to a corporation that manages all the fees and all the policies of the office that are centered around making you broke. The office manager is in articulate and a bad listener and in flexible. I would think twice before I went here.
