Easily one of the most disorganized doctors offices I've ever been in…read more I went here because they have Dr. Lin, one of the only neuro-ophthalmologists in all of South Jersey. Dr. Lin, like many of the doctors here I learned, only works one or two days a week which causes lots of wait times to be seen (unless you need surgery, which they seem to have people coming in for all day long.) My appointment was scheduled for 2:00p but I learned they pushed back to 2:20p upon arrival. I wasn't taken back until 2:50p, and not seen by Dr. Lin until well after 3:30p. The assistant who took some eye vitals remarked they didn't have any exam rooms available, so I was put back into the waiting room. I waited 4 months to be seen for a serious issue, and she spent 4 minutes with me and did a very very simple exam, nothing my eye doctor hasn't done. (Actually, less thorough than my normal eye doctor...) Ultimately, my concerns were dismissed (like months long eye pain in only one eye) that she said she couldn't explain and recommended no further testing for beyond reading from an eye chart. I brought in an MRI which she did not review. Dr. Lin couldn't even remember what my chief complaint was minutes after telling her, and she asked me to repeat after citing another issue entirely that I didn't have. This office displays little respect for patients' time (both in having to wait months to be seen, to pushing my appointment back without my knowledge, to making me wait an hour after my scheduled time to be seen, to giving me less than 10 minutes with the doctor.) The receptionists were cold and when I asked a question, just outright ignored me. I asked to speak to the practice manager and she declined. In the background, one of the office workers was calling patients back who canceled their appointment and after hearing a lot of refusals, she even had to apologize to someone for a bad experience. Seems like this is how it goes here. Would absolutely *not* recommend.

I am picky when it comes to my glasses, and I was happy that they provided honest opinions on how the frames looked on me. The office itself is very nice; it's clean, modern and has a good selection of frames. Dr. Staab was great. My eye exam was quick and thorough; the doctor explained everything and even showed me pictures of my eye on a monitor (something an Optometrician has never done for me before). They scheduled my appointment same day, had no wait, and overall provided an outstanding experience.
