They refused (specifically a "Hailey") saying that their manager told them they couldn't sell separate lottery tickets. The young man on duty sold me the separate tickets. The young woman became "snippy" and said she was only following her managers directions. I had to play games with them to sell me five separate lottery tickets Haley, the clerk, along with a young man were working there at about 830 PM on Friday, December 19. said their manager said they could not sell separate lottery tickets. This sounded strange. I walked out of the store, looked up in the web under Minnesota state statutes. Guess what, they broke the law. "A lottery dealer cannot refuse to sell separate lottery tickets. The treatment the young woman was embarrassing in front of other customers. I've been a customer of this store for decades. The woman became very snippy when I walked outside and came back in. She loudly said: the person behind you is next. How embarrassing The young man sold the separate tickets. I guess this shows what kind of person she is is, rude. Insolent. I was polite, never talked sarcastically and smiled. I've dealt with many rude passengers and rude employees. )I'm a retired airline pilot and over 30 years I've seen many types. Although I live a couple miles from this station, I don't think after being embarrassed by the treatment I receive in front of others, I'm not going back to this station there's other stations with car wash programs without the rude employees. I left a message with the State Attorney General's office and the MN lottery commission office. Too bad there are people like this working in customer service. Was very aloof about the fact we would have to buy one. "It's very busy". And as soon as she saw me starting to make a yelp review she blamed the reservation on corporate. Do not rent a U-Haul from here. UPDATE-the cart we bought just happened to be waiting for us as we left the building. And, miraculously she came outside as we were getting into the UHaul to give us a dolly. "My coworker forgot to put this in the system". I will be calling UHaul corporate

We scheduled a 6x 12 enclosed trailer that had been in an inconvenient location for any truck to pull up and hitch the trailer. I had asked if they can switch to a different trailer and from one of there employees who I believe name was Dan or Nick in his early 30s, with a small beard had said a hard no with an attitude. The manager or owner I believe had then came and asked what was the issue and I had explained and he seen that I couldn't any further for by reversing back by trying not to hit one of their tanks that weren't able to be moved by a dolly, and there dolly's in the front of the way, had also said a hard no and made us late to our destination eventually.

The cashier charged me $40.01. After running my card the cashier said I owed another $23.34 because he didn't charge enough for the propane. Little annoyed but I assume it was a honest mistake. I certainly don't know how much 60Lbs of propane cost but I need it. I loaded the propane in my van and hopped in my van, started it and put it in gear. The owner of the Shell station blocked me from exiting. I put the van back into park and rolled down my window to ask what's wrong. He said that I was blocking one of the pump spaces. I asked him if he had a better solution for my parking. We could booth clearly see there was no space for my van/trailer. He told me to park next door at the real estate office. Very puzzled I told him I'm his customer and just bought $60.00 of propane. He said he appreciate that but don't park in front of pumps. I hope for an apology. Hard to avoid the only propane filling station in town. R.Rettmann

My advice is doooo nooooot take your car here. My experience with Tom today was the most appalling…read moresituation I have encountered in a loooong time. I have been going here for 11 years for oil changes, brakes and roters, etc. That doesn't matter to him. He'll treat you awfully whether it's 40 years or your first visit. Have recommended many others to come as well, even though there have been many issues. Today was the last straw. I consider myself a very patient and receptive person so I was shocked. Yesterday, I had my oil changed and some other minor work done. This morning, when I started the car, the check emmissions light came on. I called Tom to see if he could take a look at it, all I said was "Hi I had my oil changed and this other work done yesterday and this light came on would you have some time to see what it might be?" He immeeeeediately laid into how it was nothing they did, getting very hightened, but said he would take a look at it. SO uncomfortable. I said I'd call him back. I called him back, asked if I could come in the next day, and he just immediately starts going back into how he is positive it is something that is just wrong with my car, 1000% could NOT have been anything related. I was not saying it WAS related, but it is very assuming to off the bat make a conclusion like that without any information. 1+1 often times equals two. Work done, immediately after, light on. There iiiiis a pooooossibility something could have happened. When I started to describe the problem I was having, siiiiimply to give context clues so we may know what was causing it, he got very heightened, said "take your business elsewhere I am not even touching this" and then hung up on me. Whether it was something they did or not is not even the issue here. The issue is how I was treated on the phone. Complete disregard, disrespect, and lack of accountability. IT IS POSSIBLE that something minor happened and a sensor got bumped, maybe the oil cap wasn't screwed on tightly, could have been something very easy to catch. This is not the first time I have run into this with him. Years ago, I got my brakes and roters changed. Shortly after, the roter completely ground the brake up and when I brought it in, he immediately jumped into how it was nothing they did without even looking at it (please note I am in no way, shape, or form coming into these experiences accusing anyone of anything! He just jumps to that and it is very uncomfortable.) I didn't question anything and had them replaced again and paid for it again. Several of the people I have referred have had issues as well. Often times a problem after the work and the same response. Makes me so sad to write this review. Havent left a "bad" review in 15 years. But it was appalling. At the end of the conversation I told Tom I was shocked by his response and how awful it felt being treated that way, said that many of his reviews say the same thing, and he said "oh yeah? is that why I am so busy and stay fully stocked on work?" Appalled.
