This Lake Eye Associates group of offices has for over a prolonged period failed/fails to annotate its patient charts with patients preferred names, in order to address patients by their preferred names. If service providers, ;such as this one, don't honor and respect patient desires in this small way, what else will they choose to neglect? This is a poor office practice that reulted/resutls in a poor office experience.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and explained all our options. The Dr. William Ramsay was amazing! Turned out my husband had an issue with his eye and he spent a lot of time with him making sure everything was done thoroughly and made the referral to an eye surgeon for us.
