The night before, last minute, the hospital called to tell us my husband had to be there an hour earlier than they first told us. GRRRRR! I called Mike right away and there was no problem at all adjusting the pick up time. I was happy to be able to sleep to 8:30 AM as usual, feed and walk our dogs and then drive to the hospital myself to pick up my husband when I got the call he was ready. My husband told me Mike was at our house right on time, and he was dropped off at the hospital right on time. Smooth ride! Thanks for excellent customer service!
