Beth is nothing but amazing! She changed our life for the better. She took our wild, fun, crazy…read moredogs and turned them into wild, fun, & well behaved dogs! She has a great sense of humor and makes training so much fun. Chico and Zorro thrived under her instruction and loved going each week. She spent as much time as needed to make sure they were performing as they should. You can truly see her love for the dogs she works with. We will definitely be using her again in the future, if needed. She has turned our hectic life with two pups into an enjoyable time! I can't recommend her enough!!

Beth is an amazing individual. She is fun, and engaging. She seems to know her shit. But overall I…read moregive this rating a 3.5. Why? Because Beth needs a manager. Beth cannot handle her own schedule and does not show up to work. And hey, maybe Beth does have 8000 family and personal problems. That's not my business. What is my business is my dog, who goes weeks without any form of consistency. Beth is great short term. Im talking 2-3 classes. But any more than that and you're at risk for serial cancelations. Beth is very knowledgeable. Day one she will assess your dog. I like this. She will tell you where you're at and tailor your dogs program. Beth works on the weekends. Do not cancel things for her because she will not cancel things for you. After a year my dog still has not learned the things he needs to be a therapy dog, which may be partially due to temperament but definitely has something to do with the consistency. Edit for response: at least 2-3 of our original 8, which we didn't get, were 20 minutes long. Not okay. I'd say we got 6-7 before we were thrown into general group classes. And not even 6-7 full classes. Two were review of the test. Umm- I think I can read!!! Not worth those classes!

This was a surprise pregnancy and I wasn't sure of the date of conception. I was informed that research needed to be done to confirm that due date. From 7/22/22 thru 7/29/22, I took my dog to Snow Animal Clinic and was getting blood work every day (except 7/28/22). I was told repeatedly that the progesterone levels need to be below 2 in order to complete a c-section. If the pups were taken too soon or too late then the pups would die. I was totally on board for have a safe delivery for my dog and her pups. Friday 7/29/22, my oldest son and I took Maggie to Snow Animal Clinic. Appointment time was 8am. They took more blood work and then took Maggie for an ultrasound. She was still not showing any signs of being in labor or beginning labor. My son and I were waiting in an exam room when Dr. Snow came in with a vet tech. We were told that Maggie's progesterone level was at 5. I then heard Dr Snow tell the vet tech, if they are able to see the kidneys of the pups on the ultrasound then it was a go to "take them." Dr. Snow then told the vet tech "I could not see the kidneys." She then looked to me and suggested that the c-section could be done today. She then stated that Maggie would go into labor over the weekend and I would have to take her an emergency vet. I asked her if it was ok, since her progesterone level was at 5, to have the c-section. She said yes and then asked if I wanted her to be neutered as well. I informed that I I was fine with one litter and wasn't even expecting that so I consented to have Maggie fixed during the procedure. I trusted judgement since she is the doctor and agreed to it. Friday 7/29/22 Afternoon: We received a text message that the c-section went fine and that Maggie had 5 puppies. No mention of how premature the pups were was ever stated in that text. He was informed that he could pick up Maggie and the pups that afternoon after 1pm. It was between 2pm-3pm, that he went to pick up and it was at that time that he was informed how premature the pups were. By the time he got there, 2 of the 5 pups already died. He was informed that they were too premature to even suckle on Maggie and would need to be bottle fed, but the instructions that he was sent home with stated that the pups needed to nurse on Maggie every 2-3 hours. Pups had to be on a heating pad and kept at a temp of 121. Bringing the pups and Maggie home, we started trying to follow the instructions. 2 of the 3 pups died within a few hours after arriving home. My husband, oldest son, and I continued around the clock care for the one remaining pup. We tried to bottle feed, tried to have him nurse on Maggie but that pup passed the following Tuesday 8/2/22. I informed Snow Animal Clinic what had happened and that all the pups died. I received one text stating that they were sorry for Maggie and that was it. I will never take my animals there again. This all happened in July and it has taken me this long to write a review because I needed time to compose myself. My dog did not fair well with the loss of all her pups and this has been a tragedy to my dog and my family. This was my dogs first and only pregnancy and if the pups had survived, I had planned on keeping them for my children. Instead I got one emotional tragedy for my family and my dog.
