I can't say enough about how this dealership really took care of me, truly they are the BEST EVER! I had a really hard time finding a used Honda Ridgeline but they had the perfect one here. Dennis, the salesman I talked to on the phone, was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Very friendly, we were even chatting sports and all sorts of things not just business so I appreciate him taking the time to get to know me a little. One thing they did that made them the best is follow up! I had trouble with other dealers not caring to call me back, but the guys at Royce called me back when they said they would and I appreciate that. The price was good on the vehicle too, I felt like I was getting a good deal. Another thing I really liked was they have the carfax report available for all their vehicles for free on their website, so I could see the service history of the vehicle I was buying. I also appreciated that the vehicle I bought was serviced, prior to purchasing. I feel like they did me a huge solid by taking the vehicle off the lot to hold it for me while I got final approval from my credit union because I really wanted this vehicle. They spent a lot of time with me and it shows they care. I wasn't just another sale. I can't thank them enough, they went above and beyond. I took it to my garage to have them check the car. they found that they put used tires on the car. The tread was worn, over 20,000 miles worn. I called Auto One and explained the problem and they denied it, the manager said they would never do that and didn't even offer to help or come by to discuss further. he denied it, talked over me and then hung up. I called back, i left a voice mail and never returned my call. the dealership has gone to the toilet. Don't ever buy there. Customer service sucks.
