I am leaving my review based on an MPG2800QB travel trailer purchased 12/25.( we were experienced…read moreTT owners and the 2025 would be our third owned camper since 2003) I chose RV Value Mart based solely on some excellent phone conversations i had with their dealership back in the covid era lockdown fiasco. I had made numerous calls to them seeking details and info on particular models i had an interest in. Each call and each conversation were handled in the highest professional manner possible. My wife and i did not proceed with a purchase at that time. Fast forward to late fall of 2025 and we resumed our rv purchase plans. we looked at numerous dealerships closer to our home residence in bucks county. we chose to support RV ValuMart based on not only my 2020-21 encounters but also the low pressure sales and treatment extended to us. Tony Neese was our salesman and we have referred numerous friends and family to him. The entire staff from sales thru the paperwork shuffle to delivery was all 5*** plus. Thru the first 12 month warranty period, the camper was used for 7 excursions. We had several warranty related minor issues. All were resolved quickly and timely. The service dept communication and their systems were outstanding with email, cell text and cell call on each transaction. our messages and calls were all responded to immediately . All work was scheduled timely and completed when promised. On two occasions, the service team repaired issues that i hadnt reported but the tech noticed while doing other scheduled work. One item was a leaking propane connection on the furnace and the other was some window sealant not properly done during the build. i read a lot of the negative feedback from 2-5 years ago. i dont know what changed from an operational standpoint within the company. But based on our results and also of 2 friends/family customers with the same results, they have certainly resolved their operational issues and are well deserving of anyone's business. thank yo mike k levittown,pa

Do not use Mitch for sales, heard from him one time and that was it! Dealt with sales manager more…read morethan our actual "sales person", even though I'm sure he still got the commission off the sale. The finance manager was useless, explained our situation with having a trip that was pre planned and was told well we can do closing on Saturday when we would have been already camping as they were told. We also disclosed the payment amount we were aiming for and they did not try to help us stay close to this amount at all. They told us they weren't able to send our info to the bank the week we submitted it because they had 7 other deals that day and didn't have time to send ours. Also told us that due to our outstanding credit that we would have multiple banks come back with offers, but only one responded. Lastly, after we signed they told use that other banks would have come back if would have put more money down. This dealership has a major lack of "customer service" I would recommend going elsewhere!

Reading these reviews, I have personal knowledge that the reviewers have a bone to pick with Scott…read more They own a competing garage and that they are not telling the complete story. The State Police did not complete their investigation and that is why this boob was not allowed to retrieve the belongings or access to the vehicle. He knows how and why this was the case. The reviews were all from the same man and his family members. These are NOT true statements. I live right around the corner and I have my car serviced there on a regular basis and when I need something done, I do not have any issues bringing my car there. My wife's car also has been taken care of there also. I have NO problems with their work, if anything they go above and beyond the normal level of other shops I have taken my vehicle to. Scott has been in this shop for a few years now. He has been a member of our community and does work for the fire company, so what does that tell you? This summer I had a battery go bad, and guess what? Scott WALKED to my home to give me a jump. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? No matter where you go, not every business is perfect, we are all human, things happen. We all have taken a car to a shop and the problem suddenly doesn't do it. We also do not communicate a problem very well, which I am guilty of, so the shop has to guess what you are talking about! Take your car there and give them a chance, I believe you will be impressed, I am!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the times I brought my car to…read moreScott Wenrich, it had locking lug nuts. The key was literally inside the car. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me, he decided to break the locking lugs off anyway, then had the nerve to charge me for new lug nuts that I also already had in the car. That should've never happened, and he made it seem like no big dead because people "arent stealing Honda tires." Next, an oil change was done and the oil cap was left off and the reservoir open while driving l. Then I, unfortunately, trusted you again. You put four new tires on my car but only did a front-end alignment. Less than 6,000 miles later, one of my rear tires blew out while my daughter was in the car. When I looked at the tires, they were worn down to the wires. I ended up changing a tire in the rain, then had to spend over $500 on two new rear tires and a proper four-wheel alignment. Meanwhile, I'm still driving on the other two tires that are wearing prematurely. When you were contacted about it, you took the tires and then suddenly couldn't answer a phone anymore. Call after call--nothing. So Amber came to the shop in person, and instead of trying to make it right, you got hostile and abrasive. I'm not asking for anything crazy. I'm asking you to stand behind your work. Reimburse me for the two tires I had to buy because of the premature wear and either replace or refund the other two tires that are headed down the same path. Mistakes happen. What tells me everything I need to know is how you handled it afterward. Ignoring a customer and getting defensive instead of taking responsibility isn't good business. People deserve to know what they're signing up for before trusting you with their vehicle.

When the technician got there he was rude and grumpy. Now I get it was raining and there was snow on the ground, so I would let that alone go. But when he opened my hatchback trunk to get my spare some snow fell on his socket wrench heads and he dumped them out of the case to get the snow off. While he was putting his socket wrench heads back (he used his power tool to completely tighten the lug nuts down BTW, which you should never do) he shook one out and it flew out of his hand and hit me solidly in the ankle while I was standing nearby. I would normally not mind that either, it was an accident. HOWEVER, he pretended like nothing happened, didn't even acknowledge that he had hurt me. I had 3 other friends there to witness that he did see what had happened. He said nothing at all, finished up, and left. It's been 2 days now and my ankle is still swollen with a hard lump where it hit me. It still really hurts, and I'm getting a little concerned the it's more than just a bruise. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor tomorrow to see what damage was done. I don't think it's broken, but it might be a bone bruise. I wouldn't use this company ever again and I might have to take legal action if this gets costly to treat on my own. At least it was free through my insurance. Actually, I guess it cost me my foot's motor function, which is too steep a price if you ask me.

He arrived in a car like an Uber driver, didn't have right tools, couldn't get tire off, suggested we call for a tow. So Called GEICO again and they sent a tow truck from H & H Body Towing (arrived @ 5:30) and he had the right equipment to get the broken tire off and the donut on. By then it was too late to get the new tire put on. So it took all afternoon to get a job done that should have taken 20 minutes. This is very shoddy work and very disappointing for me as a customer.
