Four days later, the malfunction warning returned. Despite my concerns, the staff redirected me to their mechanic and hinted at retaliation when I expressed doubts about his honesty. He called back within about 20 minutes to let me know they were still available, so I made an appointment to take my car in. I dropped my car off in the morning and since I work just down the street from them, Cecil even gave me a ride back to my office. Great service, good prices and very convenient location for me.
