    Update - I have since had a considerably more positive experience since my original 1-star review…read moreat the very bottom and have upgraded this Dealer's rating to 4 stars, based on the following considerations: Frank (the Manager) called me the very next day after hearing my upset voice messages (and maybe reading this review, too). He seemed to be genuinely concerned about the lack of Bluetooth and it looks to be a simple misunderstanding around what comes standard in the 'Crew Plus' trim package on the Chrysler website. Considering that I myself made the very same assumption and didn't specifically test the Bluetooth features before taking possession of the van, I believe their sincerity Frank apologized for their error and offered to reimburse me for the costs to get Bluetooth installed in the vehicle, which could be as much as $690 + tax if installed at a Chrysler Dealer, though I am hoping to get it from my own Mechanic for much less as I know the thin margins this Dealership worked under for this particular purchase. I will leave the original comments in quotes below Things I *really* liked: - NO Bullshit "Admin" or "Delivery" Fees for arranging Financing (the price they negotiate with you is the price on the invoice). They also changed the ownership & got my new plates at MTO cost with no "service fee". - Salesperson (Henry) was excellent and very personable - Finance Manager (Nauman) was pretty knowledgeable - General Manager (Frank) turned out to be a straight shooter. - Dealership immediately acknowledged a critical error and has made serious efforts to resolve my complaint and make things right - Even though they asked for a $1000 deposit, on their own initiative they arranged $0 down financing at good rates and then refunded me the deposit I paid. This was actually a cool little "windfall" for me. Things that can / will be improved: - The mix-up / miscommunication around key advertised vehicle features & options. The General Manager Frank said that he will ensure that staff confirm that *all* key advertised features are present / tested on every vehicle sold going forward. This is a key commitment that changed my opinion to a more positive one - GM will talk to Finance Manager about improving communication lines with Clients as there was a slight bit of confusion about finance term length and firm (I wanted TD Auto Financing and I went with them even though I couldn't get the 84 month term length I wanted as they didn't offer that on the 2017) I am a confirmed client of the new firm, not the old Mitsubishi Dealership. Deal # was 87605 and I purchased the vehicle on February 13th 2019. With my recent more positive experiences, I would now be happy to recommend this Dealer to other potential buyers. Below was my original review where I had given this Dealership a 1-star rating because of my experience at the time: "I bought a 2017 Grand Caravan that was advertised with the "Crew Plus" package and their ad clearly stated that Bluetooth was included. When I test drove the vehicle, everything else checked out, so I didn't specifically test their claim that it has that feature. Imagine my surprise when I go to use the Bluetooth and I get the error message "uConnect phone not available"! I am livid!"

As soon as the sales man figured out I wasn't ready to sign a contract he ditched me for two people who walked through the door. I went over to Hyundai and while I didn't buy that day I did return to purchase a new car. A few months ago I was having my new RVR serviced and I asked a sales man about the EcoMode light on my dashboard. His response left more questions than I started with. After diving into my owners manual I found the real answer. The same lacklustre service many several years speaks volumes. Parts and Service: Keep up the great work. If it wasn't for the fantastic work you do I would never have rated this location two stars.

At pickup, the hood wouldn't open, despite their earlier promise to fix it. They charged a certification fee. Within a week, a "drive train malfunction" warning appeared. They kept the car for repairs from September 15th to the 19th. Though claimed they fixed the hood, they wouldn't specify what caused the drivetrain issue but assured its resolution. Four days later, the malfunction warning returned. Despite my concerns, the staff redirected me to their mechanic and hinted at retaliation when I expressed doubts about his honesty. All I want is a proper repair before my warranty ends and an independent inspection The Mechanic informed me that Mortoland never fixed the Hood because the cable they claimed to have replaced was not. Be careful with this place.

    I went to North York Motors to get Winter Tires put on my car. My first contact with them was an…read moreemail back in October to request a quote - they responded in a timely fashion and provided all the information I asked for, and even provided a quote for 3 different brands of tires, letting me know that some of them had mail-in rebates available. They made sure to include everything in the price, (no hidden fees) and gave me a price for steel rims as well, should I choose to go that route. A few weeks passed before the weather turned cold and when I called again to follow up, the guy I spoke to (Cecil) remembered our email correspondence and advised me that he would have to check availability of the tires I had chosen. He called back within about 20 minutes to let me know they were still available, so I made an appointment to take my car in. I dropped my car off in the morning and since I work just down the street from them, Cecil even gave me a ride back to my office. Great service, good prices and very convenient location for me. I will likely take my car back for other services, as their prices are much better than what my dealership charges.

They drove my vehicle, showed me the issues, clearly offered me options with up front pricing, drove with me afterwards and did the job right. All of this for a more than fair price.
