This restaurant was such a dissapointment. The food was overpriced. The service was horrible. Just a bug dissapointment.

This is the lousiest service I have ever received. Got in to ask for coffee and was literally kicked out because they had mopped their floor

The Mall of Paseos restaurant ibas a beautiful setting. The ambiance is inviting--perfect for a casual date night or dinner with friends--and the wine selection pairs nicely with the dishes. We started with appetizers that were flavorful and well-prepared, setting a strong tone for the evening. The pasta dishes are clearly the highlight here; options like truffle-infused macaroni and traditional plates bring comforting, rich flavors. Service is generally friendly and attentive, though timing can vary during busier hours. Overall, it's a dependable spot if you're craving Italian cuisine in Puerto Rico--great for a relaxed night out, even if not every dish reaches that "wow" factor. Pro tip: Stick to their signature pasta dishes and pair them with a good wine for the best experience.

Let me start with the biggest issues…read more We ordered a Peroni and a glass of Prosecco. The Prosecco arrived but the beer never did. After asking multiple times, we were finally told they did not have it and were given other options. That should have been communicated from the start. The worst part of the night was that my soda glass literally exploded. I put the straw in and suddenly heard a pop and a chunk of the glass broke off. Soda went everywhere. While it was being cleared there was glass all over the table and I actually got pinched on the finger by a shard while moving a napkin. Resolution was basically none. Just an apology and I had to request another soda, which was disappointing. Now, the food. Overall, the food was good with some clear highs and a few misses. We started with the bruschetta. It was tasty but it needed more balsamic and there was way too much arugula for my taste. The octopus was good. The first few bites were chewy, but after that the texture improved and the flavor was solid. The chicken parm was the star of the night. It was delicious and very crunchy. They did accommodate my request to have it with vodka sauce, although it seemed at first like they could not because some were already premade with red sauce, which I did not want. Dessert was the almond budín and it was excellent. Honestly, it is probably the one thing that would make me go back. As for the experience, the table was small and the pony wall made it feel a bit cramped. It was doable but not the most comfortable setup. Bottom line, good food, especially the chicken parm and the almond budín, but service and handling of the glass incident definitely need improvement.

The garlic bread was fine, not as good as the arancini. If you are hungry, get the chicken parm, my god it is the largest portion I have ever seen! I ate one of the 3 cutlets they served. Most times when a place gives a ton of food it is ok, well this was fabulous. Super thin, light breading that remained crispy and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza was good as well. For dessert we had a well portioned flowerless chocolate cake which was paired with some vanilla bean ice cream. Divine! We sat in the restaurant portion near the secret door to the speakeasy so take your pick on what vibe you prefer. The wait staff were super helpful and responsive. We bought the kitchen staff a round for fun. Great experience, I recommend swinging by if you are in the neighborhood.

The food was all delicious, and reasonably priced at huge portion sizes, particularly the chicken parm! The pasta was homemade and the sauces were so good. The weakest things were the burrata and the meatballs. Everything arrived to the table quickly, especially the drinks! We would totally come back on a future trip and will be recommending to others visiting the island.

I loved everything about this place. It is a classic family Italian restaurant like I haven't seen…read moresince I was a kid. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. I shared the 6 hour Neapolitan sauce and the pistachio pesto gnocchi. Both were wonderful. We had the eggplant parm appetizer and it was the best I have ever had and I have had many different eggplant parms.. For dessert we had pancetta and tiramisu. Both lived up to the standards the rest of the meal had set. I can't wait to come back to Puerto Rico so I can enjoy their delicious food again. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We ordered a bottle of Fiano (a wine we really enjoy and was on the menu). They didn't have it. We settled for Chardonnay. It was good. We asked for bread. They didn't have any!!! (What? An Italian restaurant with no bread?) not a great start. Having said all that, the rest for our food was amazing! The arancini and the eggplant were exquisite. I ordered the steak (yeah I know) but it was amazing. The sauce, the potatoes. Just delicious. Our guests had the lasagna and my husband ordered the pizza. They were very satisfied with their meals. The ambiance is quaint. Old Italian. Clean. I would train servers to know what's available and what's not. Prevent from ordering and being disappointed. In addition, if you don't have bread and make pizza, you have bread. You can make it out of pizza dough in a pinch for those who ask. Italian red sauce without bread... it's a big miss. If your equipment is broken, buy the bread. I think they should have given us the dessert based on the misses. Nonetheless, the entrees were very good.
