I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Anyways I took it to a trusted shop in my hometown and they found nothing wrong w my motor mounts or my oil housing leaking. I fixed the oil leak for 50 cents. At the end of the day don't go here if you're not a local they know and will rinse your pockets.

(my car is in fact not ready.) out of the three other tires that were listed as 'in stock' in the system, none of those were in stock either. also in the background of this last visit, a woman was trying to fix the disorganized mess behind the counter and started trying to match keys to their printed order sheets. there were two order sheets without keys and she said that they either lost the keys or that the customers left without paying, she had no idea. overall i'm amazed at the incompetency, i'm lucky i left with my car at all with how disorganized they were, leaving keys out in the open as they left for ten minutes at a time and whatnot.

While the car was still in the bay, told to go into the office and pay. Upon return, a different tech was under the car who was uneasy being seen as he fumbled around to quickly reinstall the access panel to the oil drain plug. When asked what he was doing, was told he was "just checking it." Next day there was A LOT of oil loss on the garage floor. WAY, way too much to be residual from the oil change process and any possible spillage. Took it to another mechanic and he quickly spotted that the oil pan drain plug was SEVERLY overtightened causing the leak. Not too hard to connect the dots that the second tech created this INTENTIANLLY! Had to pay to have the issue corrected AND for another oil change. Checked BBB and this place in not even rated.
