My car was DAMAGED on the left side (only) part of the appliance around the light was off, the left front tire MOULDING was off the wheel and the left FOG light was COMPLETELY out and there was EXTENSIVE damage in the left fog light where wires were pulled out ( per my insurance company). You could hardly see the damage but it was there! To reiterate the left fog light was COMPLETELY OUT! I HAD $2,000 worth of damage! I contacted the CEO, and the Better Business Bureau. The CEO said they COULD NOT PULL UP the video after 30 days to see what happened to my car! The manager on duty knew nothing about the damage. I'm working on a newspaper article about shops that damage cars. NEVER DOBB'S!!!

It was expensive, but after comparing prices with other spots and doing my research, it was a bit less than what others have been charged for the same. It was ready the next day, and it was so nice to have a fully working ac in the heat again. I've had no issues since. He kept questioning whether I had the right place, repeating, "We're Big Bend Auto Center, not the other Big Bend Auto store." Why would I be calling if I wasn't sure? It came off as condescending. Then he told me I couldn't wait for my car, and when I asked again--just to clarify if I could wait while they did the estimate--he rudely said no. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If you can't treat your customers with basic respect, why would I trust you with my car?
