These people tried to force me to get their synthetic oil and when I told them that I wanted…read moreconventional oil, they claimed first that they didn't carry conventional oil, then claimed that the manufacturer insisted only synthetic oil be used (they don't, the vehicle came from the manufacturer with conventional oil) and then magically found conventional oil. They refused to honor my coupon, insisting that it was only for the synthetic oil change (it is good for all of the oils, not just the synthetic oils) and over-charged me. I would recommend avoiding this place for any type of service.

I knew the only issue was the battery as I hooked the car up to my own OBD reader and had no other issues. I told them no, thank you. Since the battery was dead when they tried to move it, they said they needed to do the test because it shouldn't have been dead since it was jumped to drive there. So I agreed. They came back and said my alternator was bad. On a 4 year old car.... They asked for me to leave it so they could order a part. I politely declined. Went back home and ran my own test again and the alternator was functioning properly according to my device. I took the car to another shop the next day and was told there was nothing wrong with the alternator and was actually testing well above what my device read. They could have gotten me for well over $1000 for a $300 job. They tried to take advantage of a woman who they thought wouldn't have known better. Definitely would not go back. Can't imagine how many other people who didn't know better and got ripped off!

So I wanted a second option and I went across the street to (Midas) and they said I didn't need a new tire but it was going to be 2 hrs.
