DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH MORE DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR. i brought my car into MIDAS IN WARMINSTER , PA expecting professional service, but unfortunately, I left with damage that wasn't there before. My vehicle only needed to have an exhaust flex pipe replaced due to a small leak. When I called on 6/30/25 the manager at that location gave me a price of $145.00 plus tax. I sechedule my appointment for 7/2/25 At 7:30am. The manager proceeds to call me and rank up the price to $799 plus tax. as of 4:30om my car was never touched. Therefore, I came in on 7/3/25 at 7:30am to pick up my vehicle due to the price being high. My car was not supposed to be touched. I came in to the part being removed and damaged even more. There was a dent to the pipe and the flex exhaust mesh part ripped. The manager had a mechanic that was less experience work on my vehicle due to the original mechanic not coming in until 9 o'clock. The mechanic that put the part back on my car had no clue what to do but did what he was told. When I received my car it sounds like a motorcycle. I told the manager I will not take my car sounding like this. When I brought my vehicle in it had no noise. He said to leave it when the original mechanic comes in at nine he will check to see why it has a noise now. I had to go to work. I left and came back at 2:00pm. I never received a call to inform me on any updates to my vehicle. And no one from the shop took responsibility. When I raised the issue, I was met with excuses and poor customer service. Instead of offering a solution, they denied any fault and made me feel like I was in the wrong for speaking up. I trusted this shop with my car, and now I'm left to deal with the damage and extra cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or accountability. Use caution here. I am currently dealing with approximately $7000 of damage caused at this shop. Took it in for a repair that they said they could do. They ultimately gave it back to me 10 days later (after saying it would be done in 5 days), with stripped bolts, missing bolts, broken axels, and more damage. I get that accidents happen - but stripped and missing bolts fall into a different category - and that was clearly a sample of how my car was treated. To use the term "negligent" would be a vast understatement. I was not given a warning of any damage other than that they were "having a hard time figuring out the problem" and thought it would be easiest and faster for me to take it elsewhere (i.e. have it towed - which they did pay for eventually). Their corporate office is currently giving me the run around as for paying for it and a rental car, as I have been without a vehicle for a month now. Absolute nightmare. Do not bring your vehicle here. They had my car for 5 days to do a routine rear brake job. They broke the caliper, damaged a brake hose (which they tried to get me to pay for), somehow drained a perfectly good battery which needed replacement, and left the car filthy when it was all said and done. Complete lack of communication and accountability. These people should not be allowed to repair vehicles. You've been warmed. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Took my GMC Sierra in for a simple alignment -- dropped it off at 11am, waited while they were "running behind," and came back later to grab it. Got a call at 1:40 that it was ready. I barely made it half a mile down the road before the dash lit up with ABS, Traction Control, and Stabilitrak warnings. Brought it right back and their "fix" was to disconnect the battery for five minutes to reset the computer -- not to actually figure out what they messed up. Sure enough, the lights came right back on about two miles away. When I called, I was the one who had to tell them it was probably the steering angle sensor because they made the steering wheel crooked during the alignment. Took it back for the next open slot they had it from 9am to noon, and the steering wheel is still crooked. So after two visits, hours wasted, and a whole lot of excuses, my truck has more issues than before they ever touched it. If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this place. The mechanics here clearly have no idea what they're doing and even less interest in getting it right. Completely disappointing and unprofessional. read more

I had trouble with my car back in late 2023 with my car based on issues I thought may be related to the struts. The manager, John, told me that the front struts needed to be replaced. This was completely bullshit. I took my car to three other shops and the struts were fine. It also just passed inspection. The issue was that my tires were under inflated Additionally, when I made a complaint about it through Midas corporate, John didn't seem to really care. I am pissed that these scammers tried to take about $800 worth of money from me. read more

I had the oil in my 2021 Hyundai Palisade changed here 7500 miles ago and thought everything was okay. It was a little expensive but such is the cost of car maintenance today. Today I had the next oil change. The oil was unexpectedly low because the washer on the oil plug was not installed and the oil has been leaking since the oil change at MIdas. The total capacity for this car is 6.9 quarts and it was below 5. Shame on me for not realizing it but it is a relatively new car and I had no reason to believe that the oil would be low. Had no indications on the warning lights which only indicate low oil pressure. Now hoping that there isn't any serious engine damage. read more

I'm new to the area and from out of state. My spouse took the car here for a state inspection and an oil change. This shop tried, and failed, to sell her an additional $2500.00 worth of work and led her to believe that it was required to pass inspection. I made an appointment for an oil change and I was confirmed that they had the spec for the car. Brought the car in, it a two hour wait. So I took an Uber to places to do home chores, I get a phone call saying they need a filter for the car and they need to order it. I end up not getting my oil change. Wasted two hours. I called and confirmed if the had the spec for the car, and Midas staff member had confirmed it. I just wish that they had double checked before I took the car in. read more

Gave me an 3,052.74 dollar invoice and all work was totally unfounded! The second opinion was given by Fat Kid motorsports and found a rodent or some sort chewed the wiring harness caused a misfire which they claimed was fouled up coils that needed to be replaced! Over 1600 dollars in parts and 1700 in labor! Oh and I 130 dollar oil change as well what a sham.....They took advantage of my wife due to her lack of knowledge and tried exploiting her don't let this happen to you........... read more

***if I could give a higher star rating than a 5 I would Got my oil changed last Wednesday. I orginally had a 1:30 appointment and called at noon and spoke to Curtis to have it switched to 2:45. He was very nice and was able to fit me in even though they were busy. When I got there I was checked in and my car was on the lift within 10 min. One thing that I noticed when I walked in was everyone including the customers were smiling. Curtis was great and really made us all feel at home. I will most definitely be going back! read more

Get a second opinion before giving permission for suspension repairs. I did and saved. $ 1000.00 quoted by employee. Either the mechanics are pressured to make sales or are just not very good at their profession. They can get you tires for almost every brand on the market though . read more

I am not sure about this place, they seem to charge a bit more than most places. Maybe that is why you are able to get in on a Saturday when most places are too busy. We stopped by close to their closing time to plug a leak in a tire and they gave a price that was more than double of other shops. It almost made me think that I would buy a tire instead... I brought my car in due to a problem that needed immediate attention that was caused by my shop in NJ where I live. They squeezed me in, diagnosed the problem and suggested that I bring it back to NJ to have fixed since the NJ shop would likely prefer to fix it themselves rather than pay to have it done (which they were correct about). Midas arranged for a tow back to NJ and did not charge me for the diagnostic services or any of the additional help they provided. They are a first class operation. read more

Thought Midas was great...they gave me a free oil change for their inconvenience on my car. Used that oil change no problem. Just today went to get it changed again and they told me I had no oil cap or dipstick in my car and it could cause a various amount of different problems to my car's transmission, which might I add is an expensive fix. The last person to be in my car was the Midas team. A simple missed step could have caused my car to not work. A mechanic shop put in a half ass job because they didn't get $70 for their oil change and it could have cost me my $17,000 car unacceptable. A mechanic shop shouldn't be the people to mess up my cars. Please do better. read more

I have rarely have experienced service like this. You are not just a number, you experience personal service where they actually remember your name when you come back. I came in with an annoying sound coming from my car and Brian and his team were able to diagnose it and fix it. Those times, Brian even lent me his truck so I can get around those days. He also offered to give me a ride home and back if I didn't want to use the car. He told me what's absolutely necessary to fix and what can wait for next time. They are honest and they bend over backwards to make you happy and treat you with the utmost respect. You get a pretty good price here too. They truly have the "Midas touch". read more

Terrible customer service, and they will rip you off. After having a bad experience with them taking all day to inspect a car, and saying I needed unnecessary repairs, I said I would never go back, but I decided to give them one more try, and I wish I had not. I brought in an old car that had no heat, and told them I wanted to get an estimate of how much it would be to fix. I told them if it was too much that it wasn't worth it since it was an old car. I called ahead, and waited in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. After that they brought me back to show me what they believed the issue to be, and when they told me that it would be another 10 minutes until they could check, since they had to wait for the engine to cool, I decided to go home rather than wait. Hours passed by and apparently they did not even touch the car again until 5:00 (an hour before closing). They informed me that the cause of the problem would be fixed for $260, and I said to go ahead with it. I didn't hear from them prior to closing, and even though we needed the car back, we made other plans. When I called the next day, Brian was unable to tell me if the car was ready to be picked up. His excuse was that he needed to talk to the tech to see if the work had been done. How they didn't know if the work had been done is either inept on their part, or as I suspect, just a lie to try to buy them some more time. I called about every 2-3 hours on day two to see if they had figured out if the work was done, and if I could pick up my car. I was always told that either they still needed to talk to the tech, or that Brian was doing something and would call me back. Brian never called me back, although he claimed he called and that it went right to voicemail, but I had no missed calls and no voicemails. I'm sure this was just another lie to buy more time. About an hour before closing on day two, I called again, and this time he finally informed me that the work had been completed, but that it didn't solve the problem. He promised me that if I let them keep it one more night that I would "be happy" and that they would fix the issue. I again told him that it wasn't worth a large expense for them to fix it, and I asked him when I should hear back from him. He told me "early tomorrow morning". I waited until the afternoon to call on day three, but Brian never called. They again claimed that he had called and that it went straight to voicemail, but again I had no missed calls, and no voicemails. Another lie. They told me that Brian was not in, and that he would call me back within a half hour. Over an hour passed, and I called back (this time they claim that he was on the other line). They finally told me (not Brian) that it would be a major expense to correct the problem. Since the car was only worth about $1,000, it was not worth it to repair. So now I was stuck with a big bill for work that they did, that didn't solve the problem, and wasn't needed. AVOID THIS PLACE. They will lie to you, and if you leave the store, they will wait until close to closing to even look at your car. read more

Very dissatisfied. Wanted to do work on my car with 20,000 miles on it that was completely unneeded. They get you in the door with a discount on inspection. They were correct about needing new tires but wanted to replace both rear trailing arm bushings and have to do an alignment. Went across the street and was told I only need 4 new tires along with the inspection. Midas Manager wanted to negotiate pricing after I told them I didn't want the job done at their pricing and I just left. Stay clear! read more

So I went in to get a new tire on my rim because it had been busted up pretty badly. Mechanic told me he would have it done in 20 mins. So I left and came back which he had bad news for me. The rim had been cracked so bad it was unfixable. Yes I was pretty upset but he could have easily put a tire on top of it and made 173.00 bucks. The people here are honest! I just ordered a new wheel and will be buying a tire from them as soon as it comes in. This was my first time here and will certainly not me my last! Thank you Midas very much! read more

Where do I begin? The verbal and nearly physical assault we suffered at this location or how they tried to rob us blind? I took my vehicle in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was called the following morning with a quote of $2,600, including recommendations. $1,900 to pass inspection. I told them I'd need to call them back. When I called back they knew they were losing me, so they suddenly came down to $1,300. I advised to go ahead with the oil change and tire rotation, but not to do the inspection. I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and provided him the extensive list from Midas. He looked over the vehicle and called me back stating that I absolutely DID NOT need all this work done, they lied about the labor and process needed for the "repairs". On top of that? THEY NEVER CHANGED MY OIL OR ROTATED MY TIRES. But they sure did charge me for it! I went to the store and advised them my oil was NOT changed and tires were NOT rotated and demanded a refund. The store manager, JR, started yelling at me and telling me to relax. He was making snide comments to the other employees the entire time I was there. He told his employee he didn't see their filter in my vehicle, so give her her f***ing money. My refund was processed. He told me nothing more needed to be said and I needed to leave, get out. My husband stated he didn't need to speak to me that way and the manager continued to yell profanities as we left. My husband began to pull away and JR gave him the finger. My husband stopped and asked another employee 'is he really giving me the finger? With my 9 year old son in the car? ' And several employees came out, one waving a tire iron, several of them threatening and screaming at my husband. Intimidating a man and his son? Seriously? It was so unacceptable and violent we actually had to file a police report. Nice way to run a business, guys! read more

Very professional store. I scheduled an appointment early in the morning through their website. The store manager emailed me back early in the morning that they wouldn't be able to do my appointment, which was the only downfall from the online appointment process. I did not realize that they emailed me back but when I brought my car in for service/oil change but they still took care of me. I appreciate their attention to detail as they gave me recommendations for my car that I can use to continue to maintenance on my car. They also gave me free windshield wipers which was a plus. I'll be getting a quote on services from them soon but I can definitely see myself returning as I know they'll take care of them. Like the last few reviews on here, don't EVER take your vehicle here for any service. I took my truck in for inspection and a check engine light around 830am on a Saturday. The store manager Brian told me the check engine light was the fuel pressure sensor but also might be a wiring issue so they would check that out. A few minutes later he tells me they will need to look into it a little more since they determined it wasn't a wiring issue. So I left my truck there and had someone pick me up. Waited until a little after mid day to hear from them telling me the work they had to do for my inspection; break drums, the fuel pressure sensor for the check engine light and a front break line rubbing against something. I don't know much about vehicles but after asking if said work needed to be done to pass inspection I agreed to the work. Did not hear back from them until about 530pm saying they ordered the wrong part and would need to keep my truck over until Monday since they were closed Sunday. Sucks but I dealt with it. Waited until late Monday afternoon before hearing back from them, truck is all done and the bill is around $2300. Didn't mention anything about possibly giving a discount since they had to keep my truck over the weekend. Wasn't able to pick up the truck until after closing, took a look at the bill and some of the prices seems questionable. Charged $81 of labor to change one fog light lightbulb that wasn't even mentioned to me when I was told about work being done!? So after seeing that I took the bill and my truck to another shop and had them look into it. After some research and putting my truck on a lift they told me the totally over charged you for parts, claimed they flushed your breaks but the other three break lines look they haven't even been touched, charged labor for installing the break drums even though they had to remove and replace them either way for inspection and the bolt that holds the fuel tank down was not even tightened. Called Midas to dispute the problems on Tuesday and they say someone from corporate will call today or tomorrow. No one calls. Call again Thursday and they say someone from corporate will call, again no calls. Finally get in touch with someone from corporate with Leeds who franchises Midas. Talk to him about the disputes and my concerns and got no where and even to the point of him hanging up. They will take advantage of anything they can. Go somewhere else with your vehicle. read more

Called day of for an appointment to get my flat fixed. They went above and beyond and put my tire back on and the spare back into the trunk. They even took it for a test drive to make sure my tire light was no longer lit. They did this all in 25 minutes free of charge. They have never been anything but professional & polite in all that time. We've tried a few other places over the years for the coupon deals, but were always disappointed. I went in to get new brakes and an oil change. High way robbery. I spent $200 and my car is in even worse condition the when I brought it to them. The guy who worked on my car test drove it before releasing it back to me. Never once did he mention my car was vibrating and shaking. Nor did they mention while in the process they destroyed my hub caps. My wheels locked up and my car is not drivable. Horrible service. The entire time I was waiting they kept telling me that they just want to get me out safe. You can't drive safe if your wheels lock up. I'm completely unsatisfied with the service and the price I had to pay for my car being even worse then when I handed them my keys. I would NOT reccomend going to them read more
