This is a professional auto service store, especially the tires style. It's also efficient.

I dropped my car off at 7am am this morning with an appointment. I asked if my car would be done…read morearound 3 or 4 and was told it should be. I called and 2:09 and the person told me it's almost done, and they were putting the tires back on. I took the uber back to the shop after an hour and my car was outside, and the time was 4:30 pm. I thought great the work is all done. When I went to pay the said they just got the parts, and it won't be done until 6pm. I asked if any work was complete and the guy said, no. Do NOT TAKE YOUR CARE AND LEAVE IT!!!! I waisted money on the uber after dropping it off and picking it up. I was the first person there that morning before the guy turned on the lights!!!

Woke up to discover I had a nail in my tire. I was able to schedule a same day appointment to have…read moreit patched. Paul couldn't have been any nicer. I was asked if I would like to spend an additional $10 for them to go over my vehicle and I declined. While waiting I heard them call multiple people and tell them all that they needed "Cabin Air filters" at a cost of $60+. **Side note: the cabin air filter is located in the glove box and cost roughly $10 and takes 5 minutes to replace**. Now I get approached with an $800 proposal of work. The proposal was for a: -fuel system cleaning (unless you are having issues this is not needed) -inspection (my inspection isn't up till the end of August and it's July 15th) -cabin air and engine filter (both are K&N and do not require changing just cleaning) These sales tactics are not only wrong they are predatory. If you don't know the basics of car maintenance you will be 100% taken advantage of by this establishment. They also display their hourly rate of $170 per hour which is ridiculous for a shop that most likely doesn't have any factory trained service technicians. To add insult to injury I discovered a fresh scuff where the technician scraped my vehicle.

Jiffy Lube - Thanks for not tightening my oil filter Jiffy Lube, I love what you've done with my driveway.

Even though I paid a ton, I needed my oil changed in the biggest hurry ever and they delivered. Not only were they super fast, they were very respectful and polite even going so far as to hold open the door to the store for me then open my car door for me on my way out. Great customer service, but my wallet is still in pain.

TERRIFYING. I used to go to these guys regularly, i.e. 3-4x per year. I stopped a few years back…read moreafter I had an odd experience, followed by a very dangerous and disturbing one. The former was when I went for my usual oil change. After it was done, the mechanic had me come right outside. He smiled as he gave me my keys and said, "Have a nice day." I pointed out that I hadn't paid yet. He grinned and said, "Oh, there's no charge." I was confused but when I asked if I could at least give him a tip, he smirked and said that would be "acceptable". I wasn't sure if it was a shakedown or not, but I gave him a $20 tip (it was much cheaper than the $75 I typically pay) and went on my way. In retrospect, I think this guy and his friends may have been playing games. I suspect the manager was off and they were doing oil changes for free and taking tips. When I went there a few months later, the same guys were there. This time, I was charged. After I left, I noticed my vehicle - on and off - was making an unusual humming sound. It was like a vibration. I couldn't figure out what it was, until a few days later, when the left rear wheel of my SUV suddenly CAME OFF AS I WAS DRIVING! Luckily, it was in a relatively quiet area, so I was only going 30, and I was going slightly uphill. I managed to pull over without crashing. The rear wheel was at a bad angle and was locked up. I had my SUV towed to my usual mechanic and he told me someone had deliberately loosened all the lug nuts on that particular wheel ("Someone was messing with your vehicle" is a direct quote). The sound and vibration were from the lug nuts coming off, and the wheel followed. I was livid. I could've been KILLED. Thank God my daughter and her friends weren't in the car. It made no sense. We live in an upscale area with garages and no crime. The only place that had access to my vehicle was Jiffy Lube, and the noise stared shortly after I left there. I calmed myself as best I could and called their corporate office. I spoke to a woman and told her everything. She actually had the nerve to make it sound as if it was my fault for "going along with it". This confirms my suspicion that this kind of thing was happening. With no justice to be found at the Jiffy Lube corporate office, I called the actual location a few days later and spoke to the manager. He told me he'd just started there, and that the entire crew that had been there had been fired. I reported the matter to the police, who weren't sure how to proceed, but they said they'd check their reports and complaints to see if there had been any similar incidents that had taken place. The only thing that I can figure is that the guys who were giving away "free" oil changes got ratted out by a suspicious customer. They assumed it was me and decided to retaliate. They were wrong. Needless to say, I am NEVER going to that place ever again, and Jiffy Lube better start doing background checks on the people they hire.
