Today I needed a clear bra paint protective for my vehicle (pearl). Her name is representative of her color pearl white! She is a beauty and I wanted to maintain her beauty from flying debris from huge trucks on the highways and byways. Mind you, I've already have a couple of hood chips that have already dinged pearls glory! It drives many crazy when those commercial truck beds aren't covered adequately. Okay back to the subject at hand! Frost Auto accessories is the perfect place for window tinting, wrapping and custom graphics. The location is on memorial and a short distant from Broadway extension. It's a beautiful white building that adds exterior presence to a dead neighborhood area. Upon my arrival Mr Frost greets me and discusses my appointment and gave me a clear description of how the clear bra will look on my vehicle and the after care instructions as well as the time he'd have my car completed today. When my husband had additional questions he took us in his shop and showed us spot on what the results would resemble. He was true to his word in giving us what we needed and the price and timeframe of completion was spot on. The whole experience was delightful. Although he's a very busy man I enjoyed that he took time to educate us about his business and expertise! He has high dollar products he works on to the low budget needs. Picked up the car a day later, he never came out to ask if I liked the job or not. I've noticed that the work was poorly done, air bubbles throughout the vinyl, edges not straight, crooked alignment, and finally scratched vinyl. I am now buying a new stripe kit and having another shop reinstall them, I'm out close to 1k. Would not recommend.

I did say very little haggling. There is some room for it but this place will start you off lower than any dealership around. If I hadn't already giving my word to another salesman at another dealership I would have bought here. I will I could remember my sales mans name. He seemed open and honest about the whole process. After all was said and done I wanted to buy here but stuck to my word and gave the other dealership a chance to beat the price here.

There staff is generally grumpy... act as if I should be thankful they are providing me a service.... They are also pretty slow compared to the Nissan dealership next door that I take my wife's Nissan to get serviced. They used to do a pretty decent job and even wash off the car... not sure what's been going on lately... I'm going to take my car somewhere else from now on. Who knows maybe I'm crazy and unrealistic of how car service goes? They did get better reviews from other people.

I'm new to the area and came in with my son twice and once by myself. All the employees are nice…read moreand helpful. The store is clean and organized. First time we came in was to test my alternator and battery for my Toyota FJ Cruiser that I bought a few months ago in Las Vegas and moved here to retire. My battery terminals were not good , so I bought some replacements. After installing I came back in to have them tested and also picked up new Sylvania Silverstar Ultra headlight bulbs. Funny thing is on the package there is a picture of a deer in the headlights and the night after I installed them we were coming from Crest grocery store and a deer jumped out in front of me and I had to slam on the brakes and missed him by about 2 feet maybe. The day we were installing the battery terminals , my son dropped one of the nuts and it went under the battery tray. We went to AutoZone to get a replacement nut and also one of the telescoping magnetic pickup tools for the next time something like this happens. One of the employees opened one of the packages and just gave us the missing nut with no charge. Everyone here in Mustang reminds me of the nice and polite people I grew up with in small town South Carolina. It feels like home.

I'd had an issue with my battery and the one I brought in to be tested was lost. Never a good thing, but he went above and beyond to make me happy with my service and he created a loyal shopper. I don't live that close, but I'll go the extra distance to have the pleasure of the service I was provided at this location off Mustang Road.
