The first 6 months or so we had two wonderful teachers who were consistently there. The second 6 months I guess when it rains it pours because they seemed to lose teachers left and right to new jobs and maternity leave. Which I know they can't control but from a non used to the daycare system was a little weird. My daughter liked it well enough, different stations for what I best could call play learning ... kind of like a big play date. If we needed after school care or "part-time" day care again then we would look into using them again ...

We want CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL drinking water, not that stuff. Everyone agrees. Then they tell the kids to GO OUTSIDE during a TORNADO. Outside! Like getting swept up by a tornado is a good idea. VERY DANGEROUS. They're putting our kids at risk. Total incompetence. Zero stars. 0 In the TEN YEARS I took my child here, they didn't teach them ANYTHING. Not one thing. Worst school, maybe ever. Do better!

Not only did my boys learn social skills, letters, counting, and principles, the school is run so well that when it was time for public school, I was in shock at the disorder compared to how Ms. Linda ran things at Fuller Hearts. Communication is clear and consistent, Covid protocols were excellent and prompt, and most of all our kids loved going there. I would recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a quality education and caring staff who major in excellence.

The teachers, including Ms. Gopi, Ms. Ti'aunnah, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Madison, and Ms. Ashley have consistently impressed us and shown sincere dedication to the children they teach. All of our interactions with the administration have been positive and we have found them to be responsive and diligent. We have also found that parents of children attending the Goddard School in Southlake are friendly and welcoming. We have enjoyed the seasonal events hosted by the school and its efforts at creating a genuine sense of community among the families there. We are familiar with other pre-schools in the area, including some highly-regarded Montessori schools, and believe Goddard offers a superior academic experience and developmental environment for young children. Goddard Southlake is definitely the best and it's due to the staff. Our entire family loves and adores the teachers here. Our girls have grown and developed so much over the last year and their teachers have come to feel like family. Specifically Ms. Adriana, Yahaira and Gaby in the 3 yr old classrooms and Ms. Katie, Jordan and Jenny in the 2 yr old classrooms. You can't put your little ones in better care, highly recommend!

My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

My youngest is now 2 and goes there full time. She loves it there. My oldest only attends for the after School program and during the summer. However I…read morecan't count how many conversations we had with the director whi ch by the way will always tell you that we are wrong and the school is right "it's just day care"! My son had another kid bite him 2 or 3 times, the teachers and some of them are really good would not stay in the room, you'd always see one them assigned to the kitchen to cook meals or at the front office but not in the class room. I had problems with ants in the playground with my son several times, and ok I understand, it's outside but nothing was done "properly" to solve the issues with ants. It's just sad to see some passionated teachers without supPort to do a good job. We moved to another school that we love with several other kids from CCY who also had some of the same problems.
